I pride myself in being an Acoustic Engineer and a huge audiophile. The guys at 3ma sure know what they are talking about. They are very knowledgeable in guiding me in finding the perfect gear for me. The store has MANY demo rooms with uber high end stuff to listen to! Nightmare made right. I got a Marantz AV 8802A from 3mA Audio after winning an ebay auction. After receiving it and setting it up, it started to have some problems with the HDMI inputs which is an issue with the 8802. I contacted Johnny at 3mA Audio who gladly offered to take the unit back, repair it and send it back to me. During our conversation and after some negotiations, we came up with the option of me sending the 8802 back as well as my Marantz AV 7702 as a trade for a brand new 8805A, along with paying the difference. We made the deal and equipment was sent via UPS. A few days later, my trade arrived at 3mA Audio and they shipped out the 8805A. Days leading to weeks later, the 8805A had not arrived. Somewhere I had an over $5000 processor lost somewhere between Houston Texas and Tampa Florida. I must admit I bugged Johnny and Louis to death over where the shipment was. Louis looked for a replacement processor from Sound United which were in short supply all over the country. This would have been devastating news. Louis worked his magic on the phones and the computer, eventually finding replacement. Louis dealt with UPS who as of November 1st, still hasn't found the package. I sincerely want to thank Louis and Johnny at 3mA Audio for taking care of me. I will definitely be doing business with them again. They are NOT a pay and forget store. They fully understand that the happy customer is a repeat customer, and the repeat customer is the lifeline of a small business. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are the real deal. They know their stuff, and could not be nicer. I bought a used turntable from the at a price that is chicken scratch compared to most of what they sell. But they treated me like royalty, and spent over two hours setting the table up with the new cartridge I bought to go with it. I’d give them six stars if I could.

Great store with very friendly staff. If you want to experience true top of the line audio systems they have it. Excellent knowledge of systems and equipment. Staff just enjoy music and providing guidance for those who like audio. Very nice selection of pristine preowned equipment. Carl and Luis are great to work with.

The guys at 3mA are hifi geniuses. When all else failed they came to the rescue and got my turntable's new stylus installed and dialed in to the nth degree of quality. I could not have been happier with quality of the help I received. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable in their own right and since I have taken their advice, my system has sounded so much better!

I found 3ma Audio while searching for a lesser known brand of speakers. They carry such a broad selection of audio brands that they actually had what I was looking for in stock. I drove from OKC to Huston to pick up my new speakers and the minute I walked in their store I was greeted like an old friend. The first question I was asked was what I wanted for lunch! I was blown away with the amount of audio gear they had in the place! I was familiar with hi-fi but certainly not to this level. It's been a couple of years now and while they are the only dealer I will do business with they have all become, more importantly, great friends. Wether you're looking for entry level audio equipment or the absolute pinnacle of hi-fi, look no further. Johnny and Luis and the rest of the guys will take care of you 100%.
