4-D Construction provided us with great service multiple times. They have remodeled our office inside and out in various stages. We are repeat customers. They do great work, are very dependable, clean up after themselves, and are very reasonably priced. They are honest and do what they say they will do. You can depend on it and expect a great job!

I am a Chevrolet dealer in central Illinois and have recently completed a.facility brand renovation. The most prominent part of this upgrade is the Chevrolet brand entry element and storefront. My renovation required not only covering these areas with aluminum composite material (ACM), but also new construction of the entry element and facade. As a dealer I had the option of choosing a manufacturer approved contractor or one that I preferred. My architect and I visited a Chevrolet dealer that 4-D Construction had recently completed this same facility upgrade for to gauge the quality of their work. We both were impressed not only by the quality of the new construction and ACM installation, but also by that dealer's level of satisfaction with 4-D Construction and owner Denver Rassi. We chose 4-D Construction for my renovation and I am completely satisfied with that decision. The crew was professional, the work was outstanding, and the project was finished on time. Since the completion of the project I have had great contact from Denver Rassi. I have occasional questions which Denver replies to promptly or stops by the dealership in person. My project was completed by 4-D Construction with savings of several thousand dollars over the next closest proposal. I have and will continue to recommend them to my peers.

We did a large addition and remodel of a brick structure that was not an easy project.. 4-D did an excellent job of blending the new with the old. With all projects there will be change orders or deviations from the plan. We found 4-D construction to be very fair when adding or subtracting things from the original bid. This is where a lot of companies can take advantage.

Exceptional, prompt service with attention to detail. We appreciated the chance to tweak the plan along the way as various ideas were put forward. Highly recommend 4-D's work to others!

Denver and 4-D Construction did an outstanding job with our dealership remodel. Denver was very professional and completed the job on time and to the agreed upon specs. I would definatley recommend 4-d to others.
