5.11 Tactical

This was super clean store with a lot of options. I was shopping for shoes/boots. They unfortunately didn’t have the specific ones I wanted. But I was able to get sizing at least and I can order online. The two individuals in the store at the time were also very nice and helpful.

Very disappointed with the management of this store. I bought a pair of shorts for my husband. He is a 32 and I usually only look at the tag for a size. When I got home he put them on and noticed they were too tight. We realize that the manufacturer had put the wrong size tag. Today I went to make an exchange and the girl on the counter took them to her store manager. The store manager said there is no way we can exchange them because it would ruin their inventory. I was very upset in how this was handle. We buy all my his cloth here. I won't be back to this location. I called corporate and they said his exchange should have been no problem.

Husband's 5.11s blow out in the airport on our way to Las Vegas stopped at the tactical on our honeymoon. It was a cool spot to visit. There was a lots of boots and apparel options. The workers were helpful and nice.

In terms of merchs, Pricey but great quality merchs, i love how they fit on your body, and you look professional wearing them.. now with the establishment, it is clean, has alot of choices, and the staff are really nice. Keep it up.. 4 stars just because they really are pricey

Best place to find uniform pants, they support LEO's and EMS's in all ways shapes or forms. They always carry what I need from simple shirts to tactical knifes.

Plenty of items in stock that you can't get online or have to wait for backorders to release. I didnt notice anything marked up above what you'd pay online either. There's only a few parking spaces but it isn't a crowded area. Temporary hours due to staff shortage.

nicely stocked store. pricey but there isnt alot of tactical stores in the area! will be back soon!

Decent size store . I came here once a couple years ago to exchange some pants that I bought online , but they didn't carry the same ones and the ones they had were not on sale and quite a bit more than the ones I wanted and ordered , so I had to mail back to exchange for right size . Today I came in to buy some much needed tactical boots . The employee working was nice and came by to check and see if I needed any help . I did find the boots I was looking for . I've been wearing Bates Tactical Sport Boots Non Side Zip for over 10 years now . I usually buy 2 pair a year for work . For about 6 months they have been out of stock except for the Zip ones which I absolutely hate ! I even checked every Law Enforcement Uniform websites , Amazon , and eBay and none to be found . Went to 5.11 today and got the Fast TAC 8 Inch Non Zip Boot . Thank goodness I got the last one in my size ! My old Bates were tearing my socks since they were so worn out . I walk like 8 miles a day for work . I will order another pair if they work out or if 5.11 wants to Sponsor me . Ha ha . I also liked a pair of jeans they had , but I didn't have time today to try them on since I have so many things to do today . I will go back another day to check out the jeans . Also , I couldn't find a price tag on the jeans and there was no sign showing a price either . I will look online to see how much they are .

I love this store. They have great selections for men and women. Also shoes and boots. Great customer service all the time.

A great product, but this store has fantastic customer service. They go out of their way to help you. We'll surely be back.
