This is such a great community and I'm very grateful that I took a chance on coming to my first class. I've never felt more able to just be myself and honor my own practice each time I come. It has truly been a life changer for me.

Love the community vibe. I loved how every class you can jump in on and be a beginner or an expert. No one ever made me feel less than for being a novice. Everyone is very nice. Tons of class times which was great for my crazy schedule. Absolutely love this place and so sad to leave because I'm moving!

Friendly, creative classes, great clientele. Beautiful studio and easy access and parking. All of the instructors are helpful and fun. Love the cold towels. Best yoga studio I've ever taken classes at.

You don’t have to look a certain way or be able to do every pose... just do what your body is able to do & do it for yourself! When you leave class, you feel so good!!! It’s truly addicting!

Everyone was welcoming from the staff to the students. Awesome sweat with a challenging yet simple flow. Just all around good vibes.
