Stayed here when I last visited Las Vegas .I absolutely loved this hotel and really found the sky painted on the ceiling in the casino to be a lovely delight . The spa was really amazing and I had a really nice pedicure. Our room was really nice and comfortable and we had a lovely view . It was a lot of fun taking a ride in the Eiffel tower also. The pool is really spectacular with the view. I really enjoyed the shops and bought a pair of silk pajamas which had some cute french designs and sayings on them. The restaurant and little cafes in the little town in the Paris are really cute and I loved the french pastries and crepes The prices are very reasonable for the rooms and the service is really nice. The check in area is beautiful.
Upon checking in we upgraded our room to a suite thinking it would be a nice escape where we could unwind in a care free environment. We were dead wrong.... the room lacked any complimentary water, any sign of a coffee machine, or a working TV. Upon calling the front desk they dispatched a very nice individual to attempt to remedy the problem but had no success. The gentleman then informed us to go to the front desk in the morning and switch rooms. The next day we went and waited in line to inquire about switching rooms. Once we reached the counter we were greeted by a rude Woman who was giving out free samples of attitude. We asked about the room and she told us to come back later so we said to ourselves, this is not worth it.... we then went about our day having a good time in Vegas. The very next day we saw some questionable charges from the front desk and immediately called to inquire. Upon asking we were put on hold and waited for about 10 minutes just to get hung up on. We called back and requested to speak to a manager about the issue. Upon talking to a manager they said they would waive our resort fees to compensate us for all of the trouble which sounded great but turned out to be just words when we received the bill. Lastly, the soaking tub, which we paid extra for, would not hold water due to a faulty drain stopper. In closing, I wish we would have stayed at a different establishment.
Do you like to be a number more than a customer? Do you like to stay in line for hours? Do you like to find your room at 7pm not cleaned up yet? Do you like a customer service that doesn’t answer the phone? And how about a crowded pool? And don’t forget the price, crazy high! Do you like all of this? Well, come here without hesitation!!!Rooms: 1/5
We stayed here back in 2013 and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and spotless, offering great views. The casino floor was expansive, and the restaurants were exceptional. The service was top-notch. Seeing the Eiffel Tower replica was incredible, and our view of the ferris wheel from the main boulevard was a highlight. The location is perfect, within walking distance of major hotels and casinos—we visited about a dozen on foot. However, be cautious not to jay-walk in Vegas; they enforce traffic rules strictly. Always follow the traffic signs and lights, and use the catwalks for safe crossings. Additionally, the atmosphere both day and night was vibrant and lively, adding to the overall appeal of our stay.
Probably one of the famous hotel from Las Vegas. Ground floor casino level is very good with many restaurants and bars around also few coffee shops for a quick take away. I would recommend cleaning the windows more often because I had an Eiffel Tower view room but the view was not very clear. Swimming pool was good not very busy, sun beds always available.
I admit reading previous reviews had me nervous about what to expect, but I'm happy to say that everything about our stay was perfect. We arrived very early in the day and were able to drop our luggage at the hotel. Since I read that the check-in line can be long, we decided to continue sightseeing and showed up a couple of hours late for check-in to avoid the long line. Instead of using the Mobile Check-in, a very helpful woman in Registration checked us in and ensured our group all stayed on the same floor. We didn't stay in one of the newly renovated rooms, so there were some signs of wear chipped paint on the dark trim baseboards, but the room was clean and housekeeping did a tremendous job of attending to it daily. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there was no microwave, but evidently that's common to all of their properties- don't expect to reheat leftovers. Dining options in the hotel were terrific, but expect to pay higher prices for the convenience and experience. We really enjoyed hanging out rooftop at Beer Park and playing Jenga with friends. Paris has an elegant and intimate theme and all the staff are very inviting and friendly. Checkout was easy with just a quick phone call to Registration before leaving the keys in the room. We dropped off our bags again for holding until we were ready to head to the airport later in the evening. I would definitely recommend Paris Las Vegas!
mostly good stay overall we just picked a bad travel time because the whole hotel was full up and the hot water was out in our room for one night. The people that answered the phones just werent very helpful or personable about this issue. Along with this the room had a makeup and lipstick stains on the walls in the bathroom and there was no coffee maker in the room either. The view was amazing though and the room service was frequent, location was perfect walking distance from our shows and everything along the strip. I would say to stay here just make sure to pick a not so busier time of the year!
The Paris hotel is a beautiful hotel that was also very comfortable and fun! We had a view of the Eiffel tower from our window and had a wonderful crepe breakfast the morning of my daughter's birthday. A very special memory and it did not disappoint! Loved it! Also lots of shopping and restaurants in the lower level and it really felt like you were walking down a Parisian street! The only minor issue we had was the outside of our windows were dirty and made a glare for the view in certain lighting conditions. But the room was beautiful and clean! Can't wait to return for a longer stay.
It was our first time visiting Las Vegas and I found my family's experience to be a very impersonal one with this hotel. Upon arrival the check in attendant was quite direct and rude. No customer service! Payed extra for early check in and ridiculous resort fees. The burgundy room size was a decent size, the bathroom was nice but the shower pressure was disappointing. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and I had to ring reception to have towels and toiletries sent to the room. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the main strip for easy access. When it comes to the pool don't even bother going. With 46 degree weather there is no shade anywhere around the pool area so be prepared to swelter in the heat unless you can afford $350 plus for a cabana. The door attendant doesn't even check if you are a guest of the hotel so anyone from outside can use the pool, the lift gives anyone access to level 3 where the pool is located. Don't think about bringing in outside food or drinks because it's not allowed. All food must be purchased from Paris shops/retail and the very rude door attendant will check you have your Paris receipt. The pool closes at 6pm which is absolutely ridiculous, this hotel and others want you to be gambling and spending money in the restaurants rather then have the pool open later. Now this hotel is all about making money and they don't care about us as guests enjoying ourselves and the experience of Las Vegas. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.
We stayed there Memorial Weekend for 4 nights, first time. It's a lovely place ! Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. All the eateries had great food. The shops were great too . The room was very clean & quiet. I have no complaints about anything.Rooms: 5/5
