Van is such a great guy. His assistance on the phone was very detailed and helpful. We came from out of town and we got nothing but respect, his employer Don was a big helpful hand when Van wasn't at the shop when we first arrived. Kyle and I were very impressed by how kind and respectful they were.. They were very patient and were not pushy like a lot of other car salesman can be. I hope to have business with them again in the future. Car is rolling around great so far.

Nick was very professional. I appreciated the time he took to help us find the right car. He gave us the pros and cons for each vehicle. His patience was refreshing and we didn't feel pressured to drive the first car he showed us, or even purchase a car the day we were there. We ended up finding a car we liked at a fair price. These guys are the best! They go above and beyond in customer service. I had a few issues after purchase that they took care of immediately free of charge. You can not buy a used car "as is" anywhere and get this kind of honesty. These guys are unbelievable. He had even told me everything they had fixed on the car when they purchased it. I kept saying to myself that these were used car salesmen that did not know how to lie. I decided my payment amount and got low interest with no credit check. In my entire life I have never ever had an experience this great buying a used car. These guys are simply the best!!!

I recently bought a 1969 F250 Ford truck from Fifth Gear Motorz in Portland Oregon. I found a Craigslist posting very late on a Saturday night for the truck. I have been looking for a late 60s truck like this for some time and lost out on a similar truck the day I saw this post. After seeing that Fifth Gear Motorz opens at 10 AM on Sunday knowing I live over 4 hours away. I called and left a voice mail and started to down at 8AM. Just after 10 I got a call back from. They stated they still had it and gave very detailed info about the truck. After seeing the truck, I decided to get it. The truck needed the radiator changed out and side mirrors not safe to drive over 4 hours. Without hesitation they let me buy the truck and leave it on the lot until the following weekend, when I would be able to come for it with a trailer. Not many car lots would do this When I showed up I still needed to buy ratchet straps. They drove me to a local store to pick some up. Who does this? Then They even helped me load and strap down the truck in the heavy rain. I would highly recommend this family friendly used car lot to everyone I know. They were honest, friendly and gave me a great price.

I have been to plenty of dealerships and this is by far the best. There is no pressure to buy and they are very knowledgeable on all cars in the lot. Quick to get me approved and a very friendly environment. I really appreciate way I was treated and found it to be a pleasurable experience.
