Unfortunately, one of the worst customer experiences I've had after speaking with the Carrier Technician, Jeanell Mcgee. I'd been trying to track down a package that was marked delivered to my apartment complex but I did not receive it, I went through the general USPS customer care - they were very helpful and filed a service request with my local post office this Osborn location. I received an email update closing the case with little explanation. Upon calling back the Carrier Technician Customer Service, Jeanell Mcgee, I was met with an unprofessional response. While I was trying to understand more of the situation, Ms Mcgee kept interrupting me, talking over me, and would not allow me to explain my situation. Which as we know, when trying to find something that is lost, is aggravating. She stated that the carrier who delivered the package which has been missing for one month is "extremely diligent". Upon further research on my end, this "extremely diligent" carrier delivered the parcel to the wrong person in the apartment complex. Overall, Ms Mcgee is in a customer service role without the know-how of serving customer needs. Extremely frustrating, would opt for UPS or FedEx over using USPS any day.
This is HANDS DOWN the best post office in Phoenix. The people who work here are efficient and NICE ever get the guy who drums with his pens?! He’s so nice!. I go out of my way to come here. It’s a little hard to see bc it’s not well marked from the street. Just south of Indian School on the East side in the street behind Taco Bell
Office lost my package. Said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I submitted a lost package request. Received a call same day saying the package was marked as delivered by mistake and that they would deliver the package next business day. This did not happen, and was sent back to sender the following day. Got another call saying that they were trying to retrieve my package as it may had been delivered to the wrong mail box. This an important package. I've called the office over 12 times today, was able to get ahold of someone who placed me on hold for 15 minutes then the call needed. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone again with no answer.
Sad to see so many bad reviews. I love this branch, they’re always very helpful and patient. The wait can be long but that’s to be expected at a post office.

I do not trust this post office. Ever since I moved back to my mothers house. This post office doesn’t want to believe I live there. I filed a change of address form. I filled out the green from they had me fill out to let the mail person I live there. Now our mailboxes got broken into they’re keeping my mail and returning my mail. I share same last name as my parents. But we keep getting the previous tenants mail but some reason I cannot get anymail. I told them I had debt cards being replaced. They returned them all and I had to rushed to me to secure it. Now I need to get my ID replaced because I lost my waller. Now I am scared to replace because I probably wont get in the mail. They won’t give my parents my mail either. Its absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand it.
On a few visits here the clerks were not helpful and were visibly annoyed by questions to ship things correctly. Their mail materials for sale are usually a mess.
Brooke was Amazing! Superior customer service, friendliness, efficiency. What every employee at any business should strive for. I let her know I was impressed by her going above and beyond to treat customers well and offer them excellent service. She made a point to give people options and ask them what works best. Brooke was upbeat, caring and showed concern for every customer. I waited while looking at cards and heard her interactions with many customers and each was the best customer service I have seen in a long time, and especially at a USPS office. She was getting people moving through the line quickly. There are other employees that are friendly taller gentleman is always pleasant, but she is going out of her way to make each customer’s day better. THANK YOU!!!
I ordered an item that said it was delivered, but when I went to my mailbox, IT WAS WIDE OPEN and there was a note saying "no secure location, first attempt". Why would they not leave it at your door or better yet the package box that my apartment has with the key? Come to find out the item has been sent back to original sender all because someone can't follow directions. I work two jobs and I'm a fulltime student. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to deal with inconvenient BS on the side. My package should have been here and now I have to go through this whole process all over again to get the item here
Recently have sent a package to France. Paid $125 Next day received the package back. Went to post office, asked why I got it back, they couldn’t tell me. So lady took the package again. So package was sent and had to be delivered in 6-10 days. After 19 days package was delivered. BUT!!! THEY CHARGED ANOTHER €18 to recipient!!! That wasn’t a deal! Not recommend this service
