Best laundromat I’ve been to! Sweetest lady at the front desk helped with me everything. Prices are a little high but that’s okay. U have to use a card which u can buy at the location $2 for the card then add any amount that you want, drying is ¢25 but you will need $1 for each set since they don’t dry a lot
Clean, parking outside, free WiFi. Signs say free dry only mon-thurs and free soap not sure what that is tho You must buy card foe machines costs $2, small wash is 2.45, med 4.65, to dry is .30/8 mins
The point of going to a laundromat is to clean your clothes. All of the washing machines, unless someone just finished using it, are left closed, and the mildew smell is overwhelming. The soap dispensers are spotted black with mildew. Their largest washing machine is over $8 per wash. Whatever you do, do not drop off anything valuable because it will be washed and dried on max temp no matter what you try to ask for. Even if you just leave towels and beddings for them to clean, it'll have a burnt smell to it. The owners don't care about quality, just money. Edit: their posted hours are inaccurate.
Modern and great , clean machines are there at this location with a couple of computers and printers available for use.
I wish I could give this laundromat zero stars. The machine stopped running and turned off. When I explained to the owner, Chinese lady kept yelling at me and saying I put too much soap. I explained to her that the machine stopped working so it's not my fault. She was like I have to pay again to wash it. Why would someone have to pay if a business's appliance stopped working? Isn't that cost the burden of the business owner? She fought with me for 30 whole minutes and flat out walked away when I tried explaining the situation again. Not only will I never go to this laundromat again but I'm posting this review as a caution to all. Beware of this laundromat's bad business practices.
Well, I guess self service is great, because you do it yourself, but I tried to ask something to the Asian guy than normally works at the Laundry, and he respond me with “I don’t know” I guess he told me that, because barely he speak to me. Then I ask him again in different way and then he don’t even look at me, he was like a zombie at the phone, he doesn’t answer and he doesn’t looked at me, and then I walk away and he said something in his language. Could sound racist or something like that, but please, if you open a business in America, owner and employee at lest need speak English, in NYC are people from around the world, we don’t speak Chinese, English is the universal language to understand us each other, I know you guys want to save money and that the reason than you don’t hire someone and prefer to work by yourself as owners, but please, speak English. I know sounds racist but if you put in our shoes it’s really frustrating. When we move to China we’ll speak Chinese.
very clean place. new machines. friendly ppl and mgmt. love hanging out with my laptop while doing laundry. WiFi is super fast. nice vibe and crowd and best part is 24hrs!
Prices are always decent for drop-off and they have always been quick and so nice! I moved away from the area but if I hadn't I'd be there every week!!
Cool place. The owner is very nice. Explained to me how to use washer and dryer. Price is reasonable. And free wife is very fast. Love this place
I go to that laundromat, partly because it nears to where I live. The place is big, think lots of washing and drying machines. Get bored, how about browsing the internet with their desktops?
