7 Day Nails

I am being completely honest when I say this is the worst experience I have had at any salon. My friend and I walked in there and they already had customers yelling at them. We sat down at around 5 and didn't leave the salon until 7:30. There was no wait it was just the employees taking forever. In the beginning we said what we wanted and they told us it would be 15 dollars. Then they continued to do something different and charged us 25. During this long time customers came in demanding them to glue on a nail that fell off after a day. The employee denied everything and called them liars. The employees were so rude and involved other customers to take their side. Childish. Then another employee kept piling powder acrylic on my friends nail and then tried shaving it down later. Which as you can see in the picture, shaved off her, making her bleed on two fingers. The employee told her to relax and quiet down so other customers wouldn't see. If you want to be overpriced and have your skin shaven off feel free to come here. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Paid to much and my nails looked horrible won't go back there again. Don't worry ladies if you had a terrible experience........ they are permanently CLOSED!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The man was rushing to smoke his cigarette, so he kept messing up on my nails. I corrected him numerous times on how to do his job & my nails were done terribly. I asked the man for $5 off because my nails were done wrong, dent prints in my polish from him touching it & polish all over my fingernails. He snatched my card and attempted to pay without my consent. I had to go behind the counter to press cancel on the transaction. The man that works there continued to call me out my name, so police had to get involved. I told the police to look at the cameras, but the man told the police " the cameras were not on" which they were on. I was not about to pay $40 for messed up nails that weren't polished correctly and fingernails flooded with polish running down my fingernails. Even the police looked at my nails and said they were messed up. I still ended up paying $40 for nails that were rushed and not done correctly. DO NOT GO HERE!

The first time I came to this shop was in April 2017. The lady did a fantastic job and so I decided to return the next time I needed my nails done. This was the beginning of a series of average to mediocre to down right terrible nail experiences. My nails have been cut more than once , fallen off after just a day, and my toe nails were filed down to nothing after I told them I liked my nails long. I can’t even blame them I blame myself for returning to their trashy establishment. Oh and before I forget the eyelash lady in the back is not sanitary. I will never return!

It was terrible. The lady who did my eyebrows didn't even wash her hands with soap. She did a terrible job. She told me to sit in a chair as she attempted to was my eyebrows. They came out so uneven and ugly. I wanted to react but then I would be living up to the stereotype of how they portray us. So instead I'm warning all women and men. Never go there!

I went in on a Sunday. To the man at the first desk. It was my first time going. I had to keep correcting him on my nails. He was doing a horrible job. He was so frustrated because he was messing up my nails. He had someone else do my shellac. The lady did 3 coats and they still were horrible. She became frustrated because I was telling her I didn’t like it so the man came back to fix it. He use so much shellac on my nails my nails became big bulky and thick. It was horrible. He even picked up the draw from the desk and tossed it to the wall because he was angry and unprofessional. I will never go back. I got a refill and he made me pay 30$ only reason I paid was because he locked me inside the nail shop. It was my first and last time going. Took him 2 hours and 45 mins to do my refill they are rude and unprofessional and complain that they have to work 7 days a week. Probably why they so angry. On top of that he kept cutting my skin. And had the nail on top of my cuticles and was mad because I asked if he can fix it. I have 8 coats of shellac on my nail. My nails are horrible and he told me it didn’t matter. DO NOT GO TO THE MAN SITTING IN THE FIRST CHAIR WHEN YOU WALK IN. and they have this big dog in the shop name lucky who barks at customers as they walk in. So unprofessional

The same day I got my nails done in less than 24 hours the gel polish started to have a bubble look to them and they started chipping. Do not recommend coming here unless your getting your eyelashes done.

This place was horrible. Not only was I cut numerous times by careless filing, I was told that they could not do the nail art I had chosen and I brought in all of the supplies and I could have done it myself. $35 for a set of acrylic fills my ass! I left crying from a bleeding finger halfway through the service. They offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my uber.
