The owner really needs to reevaluate the staff being hired at this store. Went in today and after asking for a receipt the cashier became very hostile. She refused to hand over the receipt, called the manager who had no intentions on coaching her through this behavior and then she even had her parents come in and Harrass us as customers all because of her own attitude. I recorded a full video of her refusing service to another customer because he questioned her about the issue. She was on the phone with her own manager while using profane language with customers!! This is unacceptable and if they don’t correct employees they’ll lose more & more business.

TBH ZERO stars yet that's not an option.  Every time I visit this 711, RUDE EMPLOYEES.  For no reason even.  You say hello to them and they just look at you with disgust and like you're trash.  And I've been here more than a "few" times being I have hope the employees working will be nice.  Nope they never are.  Maybe keep your bitter employees out of the store

I don't know what happened to the staffing here, they used to be super nice, but once they changed hands it's been a horrid experience. Whoever the black guy working nights there is is just rude to everyone, and the other lady he works with is the same. I'm just trying to get a protein shake after my Chest Day Pump at the gym, I'm not looking to be talked to like a 6 year old. Just go to Wawa up the street, cheaper and way nicer folks.

This 711 is absolute TRASH. Always a "worker" with some kind of attitude/being extremely rude & lazy. The tall, older African-American woman with the mustache needs to be fired immediately. She snatched my beverage out my hand & was acting like I was going to steal it..? When I wasn't even finished with my purchase.. Had a nasty attitude, absolutely unprofessional behavior. I will never spend a cent here again & I hope others please steer far away from here.

Cashier was very rude to the person in front of me for no apparent reason. Would not assist her and tell her what buttons to push to use the card as credit or debit. She said it's not her job to help her with it.

Just ran in for a quick purchase. Since the facility got rid of the gas pumps at least now more people can park and shop prior to that it was very hazardous to try to park there and shop at the store.

The worst 7/11 I ever been to! All the employees are rude.

I always seem to get in and out fairly quickly even with a long line.  Staff always friendly.

Manager and staff associate were extremely rude and didn’t know how to check me out with a navy federal visa. I had a verified cigarette coupon from 711 they were to I competent to figure out how to use. I will take my business elsewhere thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Worst store I have ever been too  Employees act so rude like they are doing you a favor.  Guess customer service is not a priority for them at this location.  Will never buy from there again.  I will head down the road to spend money.
