recently had a very unpleasant experience at the 7-11 store. The employees were consistently rude and disrespectful, making baseless accusations of theft, using foul language in front of customers including children, and displaying mean-spirited behavior. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, which was clearly lacking during my visit to this store. It is unacceptable for employees to behave in such a manner, and it creates a hostile environment for customers. I urge the management of this store to address these issues promptly and ensure that their employees uphold a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. Until these concerns are addressed, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope that future customers have a more positive experience at this 7-11 location, but based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend it.
Absolutely atrocious treatment form the staff here. I have a personal electric scooter that I use around town. I take it in with me everywhere I go as it it my personal property. They told me that it is not allowed in the store, never mind that it leaves less of a footprint than a baby carriage, which is certainly allowed and were incredibly short and almost mean about it, going so far as to tell me that they will "ban me from the store". Tell ya what champs: how about you go and clean up some of the fentanyl heads hanging outside of your shop before you harass a paying customer who is simply grabbing a drink and doesn't want to risk his stuff being taken or vandalized by the very people you seem so reluctant to handle.
The worker before the morning shift is rude lazy and very disrespectful to me when I simply asked for fresh coffee because the one I like was empty the only words he knows is leave and call cops only the lady that works in the morning is nice and respectful please hire someone who knows English and knows how to apply simple hygiene products like deodorant and doesn't waste tax payer money calling the cops on anything and everyone who he disagrees with
Bought a whole gallon of 711 brand water, filled my own cup with ice, and the manager couldn't tell me why he charged an extra dollar aside from "franchise." So even when trying to do the right thing and buying something, the greedy buttheads won't let you go without charging extra.
Gave me wrong order and then I couldn’t get a hold of the store
Won't let you use restroom. Wouldn't let me fill my jug with ice... or let me buy a cup and fill it. I guess that understandable but I work out of my truck and depend on these stores for things like a bathroom.
Worst 7-11 ever. Bathrooms are closed, store is still claiming there is a change shortage still won't give you your coin change, is filthy, employees NEVER let you use your rewards points, soda fountain has been out of half there sodas over 7 months, they never make unsweetened or sweat tea or lemonade like all the other stores, the employees do not properly wear there masks, food on rotisserie always looks like it has been sitting there all day and you call customer service and they tell you some one will call you regarding this and your case is closed as fast as opened and no one calls. 7-ELEVEN DOES NOT CARE that this store is giving them a VERY BAD NAME.
Bait and switch pricing. Try to purchase allergy med doubled the price at the register even though the tags said 279 they wanted to charge nearly $6. Just told by the rude register guy that I needed to come back tomorrow to talk to a manager he wouldn't even price adjust.
This 711's location has had its bathroom closed since the beginning of covid. When asked why they say it's either broken or being remodeled. I'm sorry but I'm that amount of time a entire new 711 from the ground up could have been built several times over.
I took some lottery tickets in to the store on 5th and Sheridan just to validate my tickets i.e. see how much I had won, but the clerk scanned my tickets and then refused to show me how much two of my winning tickets had won, saying that "people are cashing tickets in twice." When I asked him to return all of my tickets and I would just leave, he got angry, tore them up, threw them in the trash, and gave me $6.00, saying that is all I won. The managers are pretty nice, but some of the people they hire are, as another reviewer has stated, "shady."
