Not 24 hours, sometimes closes at 10pm opens at 1-2am, other times open all night. No discernable schedule. Sometimes they put up a sign that says "closed 10pm to 1am" but depending on who's working they might ignore it and any waiting customers. Often stops selling alcohol at 10. Night cashier seems to enjoy mopping barefoot.
Employees don't know how to do their job right when they're out of a product that cost $2.59 It should be replaced for $2.59 not less value I placed a order it took forever to get to me And then when I got my order I didn't get what I ordered Some were right some weren't It's not rocket science pretty easy but I guess not everyone can do it
Most of the 7-11 brand drinks are actually good, but the knock off cappuccinos taste a lot like the dollar tree ones. They have a fake sweet taste, and a weird after taste. Unless they change them somehow, they're not worth saving a buck.
This location do not bother going to at midnight they are closed until 2am no signs no explanation and the red haired lady is really rude. If there was an option for a no star I would give it. This has been a more than one occasion
Rude customer service by the employee Terry. ALWAYS miserable looking, don't speak and threw my lottery tickets on the counter and my change. He shouldn't work a customer service job. AND I'm calling corporate and making a complaint. I spend too much money in 7eleven to have bad customer service where I spend money!
The women that works at 6am every morning shows up late and has here boyfriend hang out with here while she works I am positive she and here boyfriend are scamming money and exchanging fake money I witness here give him change for 100 and he never even asked for it
This 711 by far has the most disrespectful employees I have ever seen. I have been disrespected 3 time while in this store. Twice by the same employee. At this point I do not think I will be returning to another 711. My money spends just fine everywhere else.
It's funny not all 7-Eleven carry the same things some stores will have what I want than others will not and this is in the same city matter of fact 9 blocks from each other
Those that work there rock! They cook, are pleasant and each can successfully run 2 registers at the same time!
WORST LOCATION EVER.... A KID BEHIND COUNTER PUSHING BUTTONS AND RUNNING AROUND NEAR HOT FOOD EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED BECAUSE THE MOTHER IS TRYING TO WORK THE REGISTER WHILE PARENTING AND TAKING THE CHILD OFF COUNTER!!!! OWNER IS AN A**HOLE, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THERE IS NO MACHINE TO CHECK YOUR OWN LOTTERY TICKETS EITHER.... WITH WHAT'S GOING ON HOW CAN YOU TRUST THE INTEGRITY OF OWNER... HE WAS PRESENT BUT DID NOTHING TO HELP!!!! IF THERE IS A REGION OR DISTRICT ENTITY WHO MAKES SURE THAT THE FRANCHISES CONTINUE TO REPRESENT THE QUALITY THAT 7-11 HAS OFFERED FOR YEARS, THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
