The new staff sucks. They are always on their phone. They do not stock and are rude. They do not greet. They freely act impatient and dismissive. The younger guys at night act like we as customers are trash. The food looks like it has been there for decades! Where are the staff from two years ago! I miss them. They were lovely and kind. I miss chatting with them. They were always greeting us with kindness and the food was hot. Fire these new people. They are horrible.
Whoever works at night looks to be a male teenager and closes the store when I've been told by the OWNER of that store that they are in fact open 24/7 has made me very upset. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I'm not told conflicting information. Enjoy the bad review I left the BBB. Next time, obey the law.
Super friendly employee at night! Choices of products here are way better than other 7-elevens in the area. And I really like the rewards program, the point system is one of the better ones around.
I feel like and I could be wrong, but you know how you get that feeling a place is shady... lol When I buy something in this store only, the price you are charged is never what it says on the display or there is no pricing at all? and if I'm not paying attention to my receipt... I'll have paid twice as much. Here is one incident just today, half of the aisle of potato chips pricing was wrong, the prices on the display were cheaper than what I was charged. So I show the clerk and suddenly she can't speak English anymore and shrugs her shoulders like there's nothing she can do. I feel like they're doing it on purpose, my advice to you is if you go to this store ... just check your receipt... double check your prices so you know if you need to get something else they not going to change a price for you.
Never going back! Twice now the morning cashier yelled at me because I had the nerve to ask for 1$ of my change to be in quarters!!!!!! You would have thought I had asked for her first born. Heck I probably wouldn't have gotten yelled at for that one.. she is always so rude to everyone!! She never has anything filled or cleaned properly, the cold coffee is always out, only one container of hot coffee ever available it tends to be burnt. She treats everyone like they are beneath her, when you enter you phone number for rewards she skipps pass the would you like to use some points and if you mention that you would like to use points she says you needed to tell her first. When you tell her first then she acts like she doesn't know how to do that... I have seen other customers argue about the same thing.. I will take my business to the 711 on 3300s and 700e it's clean, nice people and everything in stock...
I have never worked with such a disrespectful and, frankly, mean cashier in my life. The morning shift cashier at this 7-Eleven is impolite, inconsiderate, and flat out rude. There was a point she asked me to “hurry up”. I overestimated how much I had on my card and in the end I still owed $6.00. I put more money in my bank account and she refused to let me use the card again. I asked her if I could have a refund then and she refused me once again. She offered no solutions and I ended up losing money due to her lack of competence.
Seems like the lower reviews are from several years ago. As far as now goes as a return customer, no complaints. It’s a small 7-11 but is fairly clean & the cashiers are friendly. Has an ATM & decent selection of hot / fresh snacks.
Shoppers beware! If you don't put your number in for the 711 rewards fast enough the employees will put their personal number in and take credit for your perchance. Rewards are redeemed for free product so this is straight up theft from customers.
I'm a regular at this 7-eleven. The staff is always awesome to work with! They know me when I come in. Always very friendly. I've had some pretty awful experiences in 7-elevens across the valley. Not one time have I had a bad experience at this location. It's not in the best area. So you will see all types of people. But the staff make it an awesome location. Not one complaint from me.
If I could get this no stars I would. This is now the third time a different cashier has taken my change. I never come into this 7-Eleven because of how horrible the cashiers and customer service is! However figuring I haven't been out here in six months I figured I'd give it another try. Well the lady wanted to give my 7 Eleven points to the customer behind me. And when I got out my barcode to get my own point she closed out the South telling me I was too late. And then didn't give me my change. Be careful these people are shady and stingy. And every time 7-Eleven fires them another horrible one comes in. Just go down the street to the one on 4050 South and State. At least they won't rip you off and they clean their machines
