7-Eleven

I went in this store for literally 3 minutes I grabbed a bottle water was taking it to the counter and that Indian cashier told me to get out the store like what ???? I ain’t do anything wrong but try and simply purchase a bottle of water I called the cops and the cop that came was even mad because her excuse was she felt unsafe ??? Did I steal anything ?? I don’t think I did then I come in there usually to buy pizza so she seen my face before then another cop showed up and told me to just go that Indian lady needs help I even told the cops you can check the footage at the front but If I was you I would not go here

Don’t practice what they preach. Say Masks are mandatory but they don’t wear them. Lead by example.

Dirty and clerks are incredibly rude. CONVENIENCE store. That means when someone is waiting for you at the register, ring them up. Don't be on your phone, don't ignore them to have a conversation with your coworker, don't walk away to refill your drink, don't keep walking away to refill your drink when they ask you to ring them up. Do your job. Jesus. Shouldn't take literally five minutes of me waiting there for you to decide you want to come ring me up. Good thing there's three Royal Farms within five minutes to go to instead.

I’ve lived in many counties, many states across the country, made it out here to Baltimore Boston st, was thrilled that a 7 eleven was close by being that that’s the franchise I grew up on.. I’ve been to this location twice in the past year that I’ve lived here and my experience has been subpar to say the least.. the first time I went around 2 am to get a hotdog, the clerk said to me “the cops are usually in the parking lot carding people at this time of the night..” I was confused as to why being that I wasn’t purchasing in that would warrant such actions for ANYONE but I left it alone, I thought maybe that’s protocol in Baltimore being that I was new to the area the second time, I went to get some wings, got home and they were ice cold inside.. Now today I’ve decided to give it another go, went there around 1:26am and they are closed until 3am or something.. what in the 7 eleven Boston st, Baltimore is going on here?? They’re actually still closed as I’m typing ‍

I go this store most of the time to get something. once I was there and trying to use the rest room ,they refuse to give me key.it is clearly written women and men on rest room door.the lady working there told me that it is for Costumer only and I told her that I was there to buy something after rest room.one guy just used rest room before me.nothing to do with store but only the lady who refuse to give me key don’t see me as a costumer.i don’t know how Costumer looks like.rude

Randomly closed for no reason at various hours of the night. I

My mother gave the owner $300.00 in 20’s he gave her a money order for $200 inside of of a envelope which she didn’t check. I went back to confront him an ask him to check the tapes he became defensive and vulgar. So I think he needed more than my 82 year old mom. I told her next time just get a cashiers check when you take the money out the the bank but it’s hard teaching an older person something new.

In the morning the staff who works is very friendly and keeps the store clean, in the afternoon there's an African guy who comes on staff who likes to harass customers and is barely behind the counter. I have written to corporate but the guy still works there and continues to harass me and other people I work with when they go in because he thinks it's funny. Can someone please get rid of this guy already so I don't have to worry about getting harassed every time I go to buy a drink? I work in the office business next door so I have no option but to use this store.

The lady was very nice & the store was clean.
