WORST experience with you new two employees who would make faces that my credit card didn't go thru. I called nfcu and there was no record the card was declined nor attempted to use - so nfcu said the error could only be on the merchant side. I also tried my BOA card and did not go thru because of your 7/11 readers or 7/77 employees, I took my card to CVS and all works well - I get a notification if my card is used,I even get a notification if it's locked or declined etc. You disrespectful employees. Learn to use a cashier or something.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would they’re all scammers do not use a card at the pump or inside I wouldn’t even give them cash. They will just steal it. I would recommend staying far far away from the establishment and the royal Farms right next to it.

We stopped by here while staying nearby. We appreciated being able to get a gallon of drinking water at a good price. We loaded up with snacks and filled up our gas tank. The cashier didn't seem too thrilled to be there but got their job done
Ask them to cook some chicken told me I had to wait until 4 am, before they start cooking again. And you have to pay two transactions for gas and fluids..never new that.
I wouldn’t recommend using the car wash at this location it damaged my car really bad. As, I’ve been speaking with the car wash representative and him say he is going to pay for it and then saying he is only going to pay for some damages.. DO NOT USE WASH WASH!! Responding to the store I’ve called about it and talked with the car wash person and he only said he wanted to pay for partial damages and that’s not acceptable
If you're staying in any of the BWI area hotels, think of this 7-11! They have hot food, which can be hit or miss depending on the time of day, and a nice variety of snacks, medicines, and cold drinks. On a special note, their pizza which was 2 slices for $2 fantastic compared with other food under $10. Just make sure you don't get slices that have been sitting for too long. Generally, you can see what the quality is. Staff was consistently friendly as well!
Poor service by the morning crew if you are a black male. I've been accused of stealing by the same people more than twice. Hell, twice this week alone I was accused of stealing coffee. I will be filing an actual complaint to 711 as well.
They're all basically the same, location, clientele and workers are the determining factors. This is a busy location with varied clientele and pleasant workers.
Just went there today around 1:30p. The cashier got bent out of shape and acted unprofessionally because she doesn't know how to keep hot coffee available for her customers.
