Rudest store I have ever been to. That little man cashier did not even acknowledge me when I walked in and greeted him with a friendly hello. He ignored me and left me standing at the register beside him as he continued to fill the case with some type of cookie or pastry. Then he went to the area where the hot food is and did something over there, another employee came from the area where the lottery sheets are and he said hello and then the first cashier walked to the register where I was standing, Did not say anything just looked at me. I, in a friendly tone said hello again and then told him what pump I was at. Said nothing , took the cash. I asked for a receipt he printed one and still no eye contact. No looking up in my direction, not a word out of his mouth. A gentleman had walked up in line behind me. While handing me the receipt this cashier could not have been more friendly with the guy behind me. "Hello sir!" "How are you?" "Did you find everything you needed?" Not sure if this cashier had a problem with me because I am a woman? Maybe because I was wearing a grey sweatshirt? My hair is curly? But he had no problem with the white guy behind me. Arlington VA is too diverse to have ignorant little men like this.
RUDE !!! The owner is such a rude person! I came in the morning and there was a nice guy cashier who welcomed me with a smile. I wanted to reload my 7-11 app wallet and gave him the cash, it took him less than 10 seconds to complete the transaction. I was surprised because the night before, I was told by the shorter guy which I assume is the owner very rude that it wasn’t possible to reload my 7-11 app wallet! So since the new cashier was able to do it, I decided to come back the same day at night and I saw the same rude short man again. Same response I received from him and when I told him that someone else did it for me the same morning, he called me a liar, and left the register and stepped aside and took out his cell phone, and the whole time I was talking to him he didn’t bother listen and was in his phone. If I had taken the time to read the reviews I would’ve never stepped in THAT 7-11 !!!
Had a great time pumping fuel. Had the best fill up here in my ever lifetime. Felt like a king in this 7/11. This establishment shouldn’t be called a convenience store, it should be called a catering store for the way I was treated at this location. The 87 octane fuel felt like a 93 octane. My car literally started flying, I felt like I was flying a 787. I only fill up my car here even though I live in Winchester Virginia. Bathrooms were spectacular!
Service is poor, employees seem to generally resent having to work there. This hasn't changed in the 8+ years that I've been visiting this store. Coffee is hot and fresh, at least.
This is the best gas station I’ve ever been to. The people are so friendly, and they make me feel at home :
Titles II and III of the ADA makes it clear that service animals are allowed in public facilities and accommodations. A service animal must be allowed to accompany the handler to any place in the building or facility where members of the public, program participants, customers, or clients are allowed. Even if the business or public program has a “no pets” policy, it may not deny entry to a person with a service animal. Service animals are not pets. So, although a “no pets” policy is perfectly legal, it does not allow a business to exclude service animals. When a person with a service animal enters a public facility or place of public accommodation, the person cannot be asked about the nature or extent of his disability. Only two questions may be asked: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? LEARN THE LAWS BEFORE YOU START HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS BY DEMANDING THEY SHOW YOU 'THE PAPERWORK'. ******** EDIT: DO NOT DARE GASLIGHT ME BY RESPONDING, "That doesn't sound right." / UNLESS YOU WERE THE JERK HIMSELF, DO NOT SPEAK FOR WHAT HAPPENED.
The staff is so unprofessional! Zero customer service skills. I will never come back to this store again!
DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HERE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT USES CARD SKIMMERS AND WILL PRETEND LIKE YOUR CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS DO NOT WORK IN ORDER TO FORCE YOU TO USE A PHYSICAL CARD. IF YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION, MAKE SURE YOU ONLY USE CASH, THEY ARE STEALING YOUR CARD INFORMATION!
STAY AWAY!! Possibly the worst 7-11 in NOVA!! I kept going back, giving them multiple chances but it never fails, the employees will be rude and the customer service will be BADDDD at this 7-11!! Avoid if at all possible!!
I’m so sick of 7-eleven. It use to be a good company but with owners trying to cut corners. I can’t wait for WAWA TO TAKE OVER! I just drove to 3 locations and either they don’t have a simple salad that other 7-eleven has it, or they actually open and promote 24 hours and they are closed. The crazy thing is that you can pump gas but it’s closed. I wonder if that’s even legal. !! But I’m so disappointed that 7-eleven so desperate that everyone can get own a store and run it however they want. What’s even crazier is that the 3 different stores I just drove to are owned by the same person! I know one thing, either supervised by a crocked people or 7-eleven doesn’t care anyomore. WaWa, when are you coming to Arlington. No more 7-eleven I truly hope.
