Extremely unclean. I’m pretty sure no one has cleaned out the soda/coffee machines since they reopened. I went there two days in a row and the nozzle on the latte machine looked EXACTLY the same as it did the day before. It is absolutely caked in old coffee and milk. Shortly after drinking the coffee, I began to feel sick to my stomach which never happens to me, I’ve been a coffee drinker for years. I used to work as a manager for a fast food restaurant and I know for a fact those things are required by the state health department to be cleaned regularly if not daily. It’s disgusting and lazy and someone really needs to go clean the machines before you guys cause a disease outbreak.
Went to the store today around 11:15am. The cashier BFA refused to give me advertised discount when I was paying cash. It is a normal practice to steal the difference. She obviously did that before.
Unclean. Unwashed. Confusing too with terrible desert heat that just heats up. Nevertheless it’s a great spot and helps as well. Not too fan of Las Vegas heat.
The lady was so rude. Her name is DalilahIf I didn't miss read her name tag She was nice to other customers but she gave me attitude. She asked me if I need receipt, I said No. I guess she didn't hear me. She said Yes or no? Mean way. When I went back for change, she was looking my face , didn't say a word and handed me change. I can't think of why she was so rude and giving me all bad attitude. All I can think was she was anti-asian. I was the only Asian at the moment. I use this 7-Eleven a lot. But never had issue even with her. Because I was wearing mask. Today I wasn't. i never gonna for get her face and never gonna go back there again.
Good place for medium help and usually positive just busy.
She let people walk around the store without a mask. Didnt give me my receipt or 3 pennies in change. Said they didnt have any change. I work near by and wont be going back.
You guys had your hours limited for a while because of the pandemic, I haven’t been there in while and I called to ask what time you guys close, first I was hung up on and then this woman said “were 7/11”. How about just be nice? No? Too much to ask? Cool.
For a 711looks nice but the employees treat there customers like they don't matter the two employees that worked today 9/14/2021 at 930 they should learn how to speak to the customers the employees are making this place look bad
Tuesday 9/14 around 3:20 a guy attended us he was very aggressive he threw a bag us he attended us with a bad attitude I did not want to cancel my order to avoid problems
