Great location, I'm a regular. All employees know me. Besides 1. Don't know her name, I think works P.T. Or at other stores. She's the one w/ shorter brown'ish hair, and doesn't focus with what is going on with the transaction or with what's at hand or with what's going on with anything else in the store most times, she is more worried about her cell phone, stairs off to space. When I order something from behind the counter, she always grabs something else, something different each time even in same transaction. Every other employee knows what I exactly what from behind the counter. When I pay with my card, after I swip and put in my PIN # my screen says waiting on cashier, I look up at her and she's on her cell phone, I wait, and I wait. Till it's just time have to go and there is inline behind me. That's when I say, "my screen is waiting on cashier ". She didn't say sorry or anything. She then just hits some buttons and out the door I go yes, this has happened more then once. Ok, that was alot of negative, but it's only on that 1 person. Everyone else is effn awesome! Store is in great shape! Keep it up everyone!

I have always liked the service at this location. If anyone doesnt understand 7/11's style then they should go elsewhere. Try Circle K if a lne concserns you so seriously. Haters have nevet worked in retail/cs if they had they would understand what is called a rush. Idiots that get mad when rush hours crowds hit ate just that, idiots. 5/5 stars for this crew/store

It is usually good most of the staff gets to know u as a regular and they know what you need by the time u get to the register. Only thing some of the staff gets nosey with receipts and will look at the info. Once that problem is gone it'll get 5 stars.

they are the best. they recognize and know their regulars, even when they don't feel well they will put on their best face for everyone. best location in Albuquerque.

I was choosing my numbers for the powerball and the hairy guy told me that I would win the 1.5 billion but he lied and I only won $4!! I wanted to win so bad and he crushed my dreams.

Great and everyday friendliness if local or living in that neighborhood, agreed with the other comments, but understand that comman or true courtesy cant be forced and or rushed.
