I’m unsure what the last reviewer meant by this is one of the most realistic locations. Hi unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The store is supposed to open at 7 AM every day and around 7:08 PM I joined three other people who were waiting for it to open. I start at work at 7:30 AM and really wanted to get a five hour energy to help me get through the day. However, the only indication of the store operating was the loud classical music that was being played by speakers on the outside of the building that had been reinforced with security cages. The music is meant to frustrate homeless people who may try to loiter around the store. I am unsure how I feel about this, but I will say it is pretty irresponsible of them to not open on time on the first work day of 2022. Especially, being in downtown Boston they should realize the number of customers that they lose by being late.
7-Eleven was awesome they always have these sales on there which I really love they either have a $3 for three sale and after 2 p.m. each afternoon they're pizza slices go on sale too the people are courteous and helpful and I really appreciate them and if you want a quick snack lunch this is the place to go I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I will be back there more often I have upcoming surgery pretty soon so it'll be a little while after that depending on when I can rehab and recover from major back surgery please keep me in your thoughts and your prayers I hope your visit more of these places and give you input and it's also got a Citizens Bank ATM outside their business if you need to withdrawal quick cash from your account 7-Eleven is awesome!
This place is fine. Just they insist on lying about being open 24 hours. I work a couple blocks away. I've made the walk a handful of times at 2 or 3 AM and they are just closed. They last time, I edited the hours assuming they must just be wrong, albeit, maybe I didnt do it correctly. But the business re-edited the hours, claiming to be open 24 hrs. TLDR. Standard convenience store. Just they ARE NOT open 24hrs and insist on claiming that they are.
OPEN 24/7 MY A**. Walked over at 10:15pm and the doors were locked with a guy cluelessly reading a newspaper leaning up against the window inside. A few other puzzled customers were turned away as well in the 5min I spent out front. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I go to that 7/11 everyday.the boys that work there are always pleasant. The store is spotless & well stocked
They say they're open 24/7 but the majority of the time I try to walk in, the doors are locked. Usually there is a non-employee sitting in there talking with one of the workers. When I'm able to actually enter the store, the experience is pretty good. I don't know why they lock their doors so much. It's hard to guess when I'll actually be able to buy something.
Great Store OPENS 24 hours has everything I need.
WARNING! 7-Eleven employee is running a Scam at this location! He over charged costumers that pay with credit / debit / EBT cards, if costumer questions the amount charged, he keeps ringing the purchase up, until he has made at least one or more additional charges to your card! He made a separate charge of at least $1.00 to my card. And two other people both asked him; "Are you trying to drain my card, again?" AVOID THIS STORE OR GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS GUY!
There is a very rude cashier man I this store that is capable of ruining one’s day. He is the young large guy always having a headphone in his ear. He doesn’t hear you and when you repeat he shouts “I can hear you!” There is one other guy who just makes fun of every woman who walks in the store. I mean if you cannot train your employees, close the store. Won’t stop by again. Not recommended.
Not open 24 hours like it says on Google it also says the owner confirmed it was open 24 hours just 1 week ago. Just wasted my whole break walking there.
