i've been going to this 711 probably once a week for probably about 7-8 months it’s usually pretty early around 0630am. as i walk in and before i even get to the counter, the kid behind the register has what i want in hand and is ready to ring me up; i don’t even have to ask anymore. just wanted to put it out there that his efforts are appreciated and do not go unnoticed.
This 7-eleven was always clean for the most part when I came in. Obviously there were tops etc. here and there from other customers, but besides that it was okay. The staff was also nice and efficient.
Same as everyone else, this store is not 24 hours. They can close any time they like, just don't lie about it. Everyone just keep calling them until they correct this. It also says they corrected it but in reality they didn't. Just keep calling and ask why haven't they fixed this? If that still doesn't work just contact Google and have the listing deleted for inaccuracy.
If you are not 24 hours then change your hours and turn off your store lights so I don't have to get off the car in a 28° weather I stopped by at 3:17 a.m. on December 3rd 2019 and it's closed.
Not a 24 hours store. Edit: They corrected their hours online. Now if they could retrain some of their employees in customer service all will be good
The new employees are beyond rude. They lock the door in your face 10 minutes earlier than their actual closing time. I used to come to this location a few years ago and the guys that used to work there were great. This new owner Lawrence Akanegbu needs to hire better employees or his business is going to pay for their behavior one day. I will never support this location or another 7-Eleven again. If I could give zero stars and still post I would. They're not even worth one star.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. 10/16/19 at 4 am, we needed some last minute items for a trip coming up & before making our way to the airport. Online it says this location was open 24 hours. When we got there, we saw the cashier obviously available inside the damn store, they saw my dad knocking on the door, and DID NOT LET US IN. LAZY useless CASHIER, shouldn’t be paid if you’re not working or serving customers.
It's a regular convenient store and the closest to my hotel the Revere. They sell everything expensive, which I wasn't impressed with. But they do sell water bottles for a good price. They sell sandwiches and pastries/muffins if you need breakfast, but I prefer going to dunkin donuts a block away for breakfast though. Anyway, it's the only convenient store for a few blocks and they open 24 hours.
I walked over from work at 5 am and it was closed. So much for 24 hrs. You people need to update your hours. I do not give you a star. Only did it to post.
Supposedly its 24/7 I walked over around 2 AM and they were inside with the doors locked i knocked twice and employees ignored me like i wasnt there. Very rude. If you aren't open 24 hours then you need to make that known online. Only reason I walked over so late was because online it said you were 24 hours and open.
