I would have honestly gave this place a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cashier crystal! My family and I have came to this 7/11 since I was a kid and have never had a problem with cashiers here but this little girl is extremely rude will argue with you instead of helping/assisting you she has horrible customer service never greets customers when walking in like the other cashiers do. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and said maybe she’s just a having a few bad days but nope that’s just her personality. All the other cashiers are so nice and friendly and compassionate and easy going like Debra and the manager Julie are amazing and have great customer service, can’t believe she’s part of that staff when she’s the only dark negative cloud there . I will pray for her

Ordered a Grubhub pick-up at this store, and the people here were exceptionally welcoming and kind. Highly recommend it.

Ordered a DoorDash from this location and when I received my order it was completely wrong!!! I didn’t receive one right item! No one reached out to for a substitute nothing , the cashier should of canceled the order , I knew when my husband said the employees complain about doing these orders I shouldn’t have ordered there but I only ordered a handful of easy items so I didn’t think it would be a big deal!

Despite other reviews, this morning and other mornings the cashier is awesome and her job is not easy dealing with people. She is helpful and patient. For a not so great area, this 7-Eleven is my go to spot. Coffee is actually fresh and so are the doughnuts. Let's be real $2 for both is a steal these days.

Im at my wits end with that cashier. Constantly talking about she need a man . She's causing a lot of people to not want to go to that 711 keep away from mine you saw us you backed up when you saw me you drove off do your customer service and keep your personal problems at home didn't they teach you that'

I was looking at the selection of coffee. As I turned around, the store clerk was staring at me through the roller machine behind me. It's very weird to be doing such things as a customer come in to shop

They never have the phone connected, called many times to make sure they were open, and the lady ignored me while I knocked and then came out to smoke and still ignored me. I understand it’s the area but not everyone is a crackhead some of us just want a snack and a Powerade
