Friendly people and good food. The store also has an ATM which is convenient. Only thing I wish they had was a public restroom.
Honestly people are missing out on the food they serve here. Its surprisingly good and cheap. Only wish the place was renovated, its starting to show its age. Also kinda wish the workers there were a bit more upbeat, never had a bad experience with them but it kinda gives off a gloomy feeling when I come in. Still a nice place though.
I have lived in Burlington Twp since 2004 and have always frequented this store as it is a stones throw from my home. I am questioning returning to this store due to a lack of common courtesy and now safety. There are two young guys who have worked there for at least a year or two that barely acknowledge that a customer is present. They dont smile, they dont say hello, and they NEVER thank you for your purchase. They barely mutter a word during a routine transaction. I thought maybe it was me, but I purposely have tracked this and the last 14 visits I was never greeted nor thanked for my business. Wow, that is customer service basic 101 class. Then tonight I visit during a pandemic where the store has a big sign that you cant enter without a mask and low and behold one of these guys has no mask and the other has a mask exposing his whole face. I have brought this to one of the Managers attention before and he acknowledged this and even eluded to the fact that he has had several complaints and that he should fire them. Nothing has been done. The owner Raj is an absolute pleasure and always goes out of his way to make people feel welcome. He needs yo know that these 2 guys are NOT following his lead and are bad for business. For me to be writing a sermon about a basic semi daily trip to a convenience store should say lot and I hope this gets into Raj and 7-11 Corporates hand. Rob Morris
When paying cash they are shortchanging everyone on their change. Response: You are right, I should just plan on get ripped off everytime I go there, then I would not get frustrated.....lol
I live right down the street and have been going there for years but will not go back. My change today was supposed to be $1.41 and the cashier who has always been very ignorant gave me one dollar back and shut the drawer and walked away. When I asked him where the rest of my change was he told me he did not have change and he would get me next time and continued to chat with another worker. I said no you either give me .41 cents or another dollar. Not sure why he thought it was okay to round down in his favor. He proceeded to count out 29 pennies and walked away. I get it there is a shortage of comics and it is only 41 cents but I can’t imagine how much money he is collecting with this scam even if he does it to only half the people that come in there Nice scam 7-11
Hi i really appereciate the night guy who works arround 11:30pm he works very hard and keep the store neat and clean and i want to give him 5 star for customer satisfaction
Stopped by here on my lunch break to grab a hot dog because I was in the area. Walked in, saw that one of the two workers had airpods in with no mask on and the other worker had a mask that was only covering his chin. I walked right back out because if they can't even put a mask on correctly when the front door has a sign saying they're required for entry, I don't even want to know how they handle food and such.
I go here every morning and sometimes at lunch . Really get along with some of the guys that work there but it does start going alil downhill at lunch time till like 6. Have to constantly repeat myself multiple times when asking for something behind the counter. And they seem to be in their own world . probably the main reason i have to repeat myself so much. Besides that its my Favorite 7 Seven for what thats worth .
Just left there. All I did was ask the guy behind the counter how much the strawberry shortcake bar in my hand was. He hollered at me "I don't know, I have to scan it". I put it back and walked out of the store. Will never go back again. That was so rude.
