After living here for 2 months, I have to say 7seventy7 is the number 1 luxury high rise apartment in Milwaukee! We have toured many luxury apartments including new construct in the area, but nothing compares to the amenity and experiences 7seventy7 has to offer. The resident experience team and all the staff are super awesome. They create super fun events and parties such as wine tasting night, casino nights, trivia nights, etc. The view of lake from our apartment is breathtaking and we can see beautiful sunrise/sunset/fireworks all the time. I love the amenity and especially love the fact we have 5 peloton bikes! The only thing I wish we could have is espresso/coffee in the lobby. Otherwise everything is perfect.

I’ve lived here a little over a year & have loved every minute of it. All the employees are so helpful and friendly. The community spaces are wonderful and always clean. The views are stellar, and there are lots of great restaurants around.

A friend and I had a chance to tour 7Seventy7 today for the first time and the building is impressive. The staff were polite and attentive. Quinton did a great job with the tour and was very thorough. Truly there wasn't an amenity we could think of that wasn't offered. It will definitely be on the list of rental options when our current leases expire. Thank you again for your time and attention this afternoon. We enjoyed the tour.

I recently attended a private resident event and got to enjoy the night time views from an upper floor of the building. The lobby of this building is beautiful, and the more I saw the more impressed I was. The event space was clean, welcoming, and decor was very nice. It was spacious with a lot of seating and access to two balconies! The views are beautiful here! It was on a floor with no residents so we were very comfortable to enjoy our party.

I moved to Milwaukee for a short period of time and chose to call 7SEVENTY7 home because of the amenities it provides. I can confidently say this was the best decision I made. The building is beautiful, always immaculate, management and all of the staff are so kind/friendly…I can go on and on. If you are thinking of living here just do it - you will not regret it! Special shout-out to Gwen for everything she does. It does not go unnoticed.

7SEVENTY7 is my favorite new addition to the Milwaukee skyline. I've visited several times with friends to attend events at this beautiful location and we always had fantastic time & always enjoyed the amazing amenities the building offers. And, the staff is truly amazing and very hospitable. The team really provides an amazing experience. The Senior GM, Laura, is outstanding!

The 7seventy7 is where you want to be if you want to have luxurious living. The location is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the staff is amazing, the building is gorgeous, with everything being so prestige and up to date throughout the building and the apartments it screams elegance. They really do care about their residents, providing great resident activities such as the wine tasting that I was apart of this week, where we got to sample different wines along with a delicious charcuterie board spread of fine meats, cheeses, jams , bread, and fruit. You want to live in the best apartment in the city, move to the 7seventy7.

7Seventy7 and the Bozzuto Community has been a phenomenal team to work with over the last five years. They provide a living experience for their residents that can't compare to any other high-end living experience in downtown Milwaukee. I would highly recommend making this your new one-of-a-kind apartment! I was in Milwaukee looking at rentals and I scheduled a tour. Quinton Marks was my tour guide. The place is amazing and the penthouse view was outstanding. Quinton was very professional and he did a great job on my tour. All my questions were answered and he followed up with my tour. Outstanding gentleman and place. I would recommend taking a tour.

I lived in a 2BR at the property for two years. I don’t think the small apartments are worth the steep price unless you are a very frequent user of the building’s amenities, which can get pretty crowded. On multiple occasions, management was disrespectful and condescending to younger tenants like myself. The building mainly seems to be older couples/retirees, and staff caters to them. All in all, I don’t regret the choice to live here based on the excellent location, but there are definitely properties downtown that are less pricey and are more respectful of tenants.
