Let's be honest, at least I am being very honest.

86 is not :
Chinese take out, Japanese hibachi grill, Chicken shack, sandwich shop, pizza joint. etcetc.

86 is:
simply a store where I(the owner) cook the things I love to eat. If I don't like anything, it won't be on the menu.
