I have been working with Shariff since I moved to Las Vegas and he has been nothing short of sweet and helpful. From day one both him and Silvia have been a pleasure to work with. I've been in Vegas for 7 years now and I only stay with Shariff. I will recommend his business to everyone.

*** UPDATE*** After moving Review - I am writing a follow up review to share that I am so happy with this company. After 6 years of renting with NO issues whatsoever, I recently purchased a home and we now had to do the final work to turn the house back over to 88 realty. I will admit I was nervous. However, after a few quick maintenence deductions WE RECEIVED a Generous portion of our deposit back in the mail quickly. As a former landlord, I know that the security deposit is there to pay for any cleaning and repairs that may need to be done to the property. It is not a secret. What I was not sure of was how MUCH would go to turn around repairs. WE were pleasantly surprised. Thank you 88 realty for taking such good care of us. 88 Realty has been honest and professional. We have recently moved to the Las VEgas area and they took care of us from the minute our van pulled up, He patiently waited for my husband knowing the difficulty of timing a move cross state. Any time we have called they have responded promptly and taken care of our needs. I completely recommend this company.

I would recomend 88 Reality to anyone who is looking for a Great and Honest Property Management Team. I moved to Vegas 3yrs ago and have been with Sharif 88 Reality the whole time. I recently had to relocate and I'm sad because its hard to find GOOD PEOPLE these days. Sharif is Awsome ! His properties are Clean and his Staff Sylvia an Karen are Awsome too! they will handle all you needs and make you feel right at home from the start.. I've read some of these negative comments and there just NOT true. I recieved my whole deposit back !! Never once did I have problems and no one was ever disrespectful, they are always professional. We had an issue with one of our tenants doing something illegal in our property according to the City of Las Vegas. They sent us home owners a warning letter to ask the tenant to stop or we will get a hefty fine. We contacted Sharif about the matter and he said he knew about it a month ago and gave the tenant a verbal warning but didn't even bother informing us about the issue. We were informed by the city from a warning letter. The matter turned ugly very fast and we ended up not working with Sharif and hired another company. During our quarrels, Sharif talked to us in condescending manner and was very disrespectful. He seems very nice at first but when things turned sour he changed. Even the new property management company was shocked at his attitude towards us in emails he cced to everyone. The new company found out he gave our tenant a $600 reserve in the deposit without our consent. When asked why he did it, he said they took care of the property. But we found out there were boxes stacked up in garage causing a fire safety hazard. NO they didn't take care of the property. They also found out that he hired illegal unlicensed, un-bonded repair man to fix issues in our properties. We are glad we are no longer working with 88 Realty. He also did not address the missing reserve $$$ for our properties and was uncommunicative towards our new property management company. We are now giving him one more chance to fix this or we will fill in FORM 514.

I am providing this review to caution those of you in Las Vegas who are looking for a home to rent. 88 Realty Sharif-Yazdi is COMPLETELY DISHONEST There are plenty, PLENTY of other property management firms in Las Vegas. I have worked with several of them over the course of the 14 years that I spent living in Las Vegas and never had a single problem. I always pay my rent on time and always keep my homes in good condition and I ALWAYS get my security deposit back at the end of my lease term. Until I decided to rent with 88 Realty actually when I leased my home, it was through Priority Realty, who sold my lease to 88 Realty. Problem: I just ended a 2 year lease term with 88 Realty. Never late on rent. Several maintenance requests throughout the 2 years I lived in the house went unanswered, which I was willing to forgive. I just wanted my $1,300 security deposit refunded. I took pictures of EVERY room in this house and it looks immaculate. I left this house in better shape than it was in when I moved in - had it professionally cleaned, carpets shampooed, etc. It's now three months later and I've yet to receive a dime back from 88 Realty. When you call them you get someone on the phone who does not speak English.. almost EVERY time you call this is the case. I have placed a complaint with the BBB and am preparing to sue this company. My advice to you individuals and families in Las Vegas who are looking for a home to rent - if you see "88" or hear the name Sharif Yazdi - KEEP ON LOOKING. Unless you want to be taken advantage of and out and out RIPPED OFF! If a person entered your home and stole $1,300 out of your wallet, it's called GRAND THEFT. If Sharif Yazdi just decides to keep your hard earned money, what is it called? A white collar crime? I'm not going to let it go unpunished.

***BEWARE OF 88 REALTY!!! AND ITS OWNER AHMED SHARIF-YAZDI!!! THIS SWINDLER SEXIST UNPROFFESSIONAL HUSTLER SCANDALOUS UNCREDITABLE DISREPUTABLE DISHONEST CHEAPSKATE CON MAN! He will lure families into renting from him! Then he cons families into extra deposits with false reasons about all the work it took him to try to get families approved!!!! He will argue his way out of maintance issues and then attempt to take your money!! He does not keep up with the upkeep of these houses! We have rented 2 houses from this monster. Both houses were poorly maintenced with old appliances that never worked! These houses had several electrical and plumbing problems that he accused us of damaging and never repairing. Once our lease was up from the 1st house he conned us into a 2nd house with double the rent. He assured us every thing was fine and allowed us to move out without a walk through and then charged us with outrageous charges that we have yet to see proof of!! We put down over $4000 in just deposits that was never intended to be refunded!! He conviced My Family to move from a $1635.00 house to a $2400.00 house that were both in terrible shape! Any kind of resorations or renovations must have been from non professionals in the cheapest possible way! I have never paid sooo much rent and been soo miserable in such an undesirable conditions! and i have perfect rental history with owners and realtors that absolutly love and respect my family! MANY TIMES THAT WE WERE IN THEIR OFFICES SO WERE NUMEROUS OTHER ANGRY TENANTS WERE ALSO COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEMS **SO I AM SENDING A REVIEW TO WARN AND HELP KEEP OTHER FAMILIES FROM BEING CONNNED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS WELL AS MISTREATED AND DISRESPECTED!***

I highley recommend you do not deal with this company or list your property with them. Very unprofessional and rude i went in to drop of an app and was rudely greated by Ahmad Sharif-Yazdi then treated with such a condescending attitude that I asked for my application back and chose not to even apply. Then when i realize either i left my id on the table or he never gave it back he forces me to call metro to come in and look for it. Sucks for the property owner. How many tenants are being scared away by this guy's horrible attitude.

It’s sad how this company takes good advantage of a single parent and constantly charge HOA fees but never provide the proof of the charge. The stress my daughter going through in this rental is horrible!!! She had 2 different organizations tryna to help her with cost since she can’t work right now and he accused her of doing something illegal for getting help. Very rube and unprofessional
