911 Auto Rescue

Had a flat tire, called roadside through my insurance. The guy came in a prius with his tools & jack, & was out in about 5 minutes. When he put the spare on he waaaaaay overtorqued my lug nuts, had a hard time changing from the spare and had to buy all new lug nuts & lock nuts.

They were dispatched to my rescue by urgently and I was given a 2 hour arrival time but they never showed and I was told they canceled the call.
