So cashier Candice super rude and very disrespectful to my 13 year old daughter and to my wife they had double charged me a transaction then told me I needed to call the bank even after me showing them that I had been double charged I called the bank the bank verified and said yes I was double charged that's what they asked me to do to get my refund then turn around and lie to me this happens all the time you are not the only oneand said that oh it will go back to my account when it surely didn't they are all trash! Charlie the manager super trash! Didn't apologize for the behavior of his cashier Candice the cashier and her fake sharpie eyebrows and 3ft leashes trash !!!

Nice place to shop wish they wouldn't have changed all the prices but it's still good very helpful employees keeps it clean and neat

I asked help from the manager after another employee sent me in the wrong direction and she didn't send me the right direction either, three employees all had a different answer of where I should look for a box of eyeglass cleaning cloths. I left the store without any. truly believing that they don't carry them at this time.

Great little store. The prices are excellent and the selection is plentiful.

Oh my gosh. CANDACE AND STORE MANAGER CHARLIE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. CANDACE YELLED AT ME, AT MY DAUGHTER THEN CHARLIE REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND WHEN WE SHOWED HIM PROOF OF BEING DOUBLE CHARGED. FROM OUR BANK. This store is a joke. We were told we weren't the only ones this happens to. Maybe law enforcement should be looking into them for stealing money from customers. Many other reviews share the same concern as well. I will never return to this location again.

What can you say about the 99 cent store. Everything under one roof and prices are affordable.

I don’t like here I wait 20 minutes cashier tell me no ice. Waist my time. And she always talk and laugh to another customer too laud! Almost forgot me still on line

I love the extensive selection of items, and affordable prices. This particular location is also spacious and very clean. My only complaint is in relation to customer service. Some of the employees at this location seem to dislike their job and customers. On my last visit the cashier didn't even say hello, just began ringing up my items, and pushed them aside. I thought she would bag them but she didn't, so I did it myself. As a customer, it's unpleasant to feel like you're a burden rather than welcomed. Great customer service goes a long way and poor customer service isn't easily forgotten. I realize everyone has bad days, but please don't take it out on your customers. I appreciate that the store checks this platform and responds to reviews. It reflect that they care about their store. I'll still visit this location unless the poor customer service becomes regular. Until then, I'd say this is a great location.

This is the best one of these franchises I've seen to date. It's so big they have a little something of everything from car accessories to food, markers to lawn ornaments, and from pots and pans to pet accessories... Everything! They have stuff you didn't even know you needed until you walked past it. It!!
