9Round is a NO CONTACT, full body, 30 min kickboxing workout that includes cardio, strength, and resistance training designed to help you burn the most amount of calories possible and efficiently. We use heart rate technology to target the intensity of your workout to burn fat and give you an efficient and effective workout. The workouts are prepared for you daily, allowing for modifications to fit all fitness levels, and the workouts change daily. At 9Round you will have a personal trainer with you every step of the way, to guide and support you through your workout! First workout is FREE!

A 9Round membership includes unlimited workouts every month. The are NO CLASS TIMES, so you can never be late. There are new rounds starting every 3 min so you can hop in at any time with no worries. You will gain full access to a customized 9Round Nutrition portal, with meal plans, newsletters, advice, and a forum to ask the doctor questions. You will have a certified personal trainer with you every step of the way. Your workout is only 30 min so that you can come in, burn calories, and get back to the other things you need to do.

9Round offers the best full body workout I've ever had. Although the workouts are only 30 minutes long, you know you're working every part of your body every day you go. Lisa, the owner, and all the other trainers know you by name and are very encouraging, which makes you even more motivated to go workout. I highly recommend this particular location because if that fact.
I've been working out here for about 1.5 years and absolutely love it!!! It doesn't matter where you are in terms of your fitness level, everyone is always very encouraging. It's a true gym family. : The trainers are fantastic, always working to push you a little bit harder. I get more out of this workout than I was getting spending 2x the amount of time at the gym.
Lisa Oliver, the owner, and all of the trainers really care about gym members. They work hard to get to know each of us and help us meet our personal goals. Lisa has also worked very hard to keep members motivated and connected during the pandemic and gym closure by doing Facebook live workouts, offering challenges, and posting regularly in our 9Round Facebook members group. Now that the gym is back open, she and the other trainers are making sure members feel comfortable coming to the gym by taking the cleanliness/disinfecting/social distancing practices very seriously. I truly look forward to going to the gym, not just for a workout, but to see trainers and members.
This is a GREAT place to get fit, have fun, and really burn some calories! The workouts are hard, but I never feel like I might in danger of injuring myself. You can keep track of your heart rate, and it gives you some much needed encouragement to push yourself. The trainers help motivate and correct on form and technique, allowing your mind to think of something other than the paaaaiiin: Amazing workout - fantastic community, you don't have to ever have thrown a punch in your life to get plenty of value out of 9round! The first workout is free, so why not give it a try?
I like the interaction with the owner, Lisa....my Dad passed away and she was extremely gracious and understanding. She has been so very helpful. The workouts are a full body workout, you will be sore from head to toe. The workouts are only 30 minutes, which is doable!
Not sure what possessed me to try a kickboxing workout at 49 years of age, but joined about 6 weeks ago and love it! Trainers are great at helping me understand what to do and how to modify the workout for my beginner ability. I like the early morning hours so I can get it completed before work, no class times requiring me to rework my schedule, and the heart rate monitoring and nutrition guidance is helping me keep high blood pressure in check - doctor told me what I'm doing is working & to keep it up!
I have been a member here for over a year and it never gets old. New workout everyday. The trainers are great. They are always there for you. No class times. You go in and jump right into a round and your done in 30 mins. You will see results. I don't about other 9rounds in the area but I would never give up the 9round Waldo. Best gym EVER!
Great intense workout in 30 minutes!! All the trainers are great & I love the flexibility it gives to fit a great workout into my daily schedule. My 12-year old son even likes it & he’s ‘too cool’ for most things in life...haha!
Just like they tell you in the consultation, 9Round is so addicting! As someone who didn’t know my way around a gym before, I never felt that I didn’t belong. The staff is so accommodating and knowledgeable. If you are on the fence about joining, go for it! You’ll be thanking yourself just a few days later.
Love our trainer, Hannah. She is encouraging + motivating and I wouldn’t want anyone else to kick my butt like that at 6 am. This is the first workout regimen I’ve been excited about in a long time—great concept, set-up, and support. Give it a try. You’ll be hooked.
