The best workout I've had in a long time. Crystal and the staff were great at explaining the exercises and gave me modifications as a beginner kickboxer.
This is such a great, fun workout! It is only 30 minutes, which makes it so convenient if you do not have a lot of free time. It definitely pushes me every time I work out here. The staff are all friendly and encouraging. I love that the workouts are different every day.
