A-1 Heating & Cooling

We got a new Heat pump and furnace installed as well as a vent for our stove (to go to the outside.) Everything about my experience was top notch. Thank you!

Awesome bunch of people to work with. I own a trio of town houses in Blacksburg Virginia and these folks have never let me down. I never feel like I am being over charged or talked into buying a whole new system when it only needs a breaker. They know what to fix and will do just that. I have 30 year old A.C. units that are still working great thanks to A1.

I'm really pleased with my experience with A-1. The woman who did my scheduling must have called me a half dozen times keeping me up to date (weather problems with what I needed) and ultimately getting me taken care of as quickly as possible. The service tech Daniel was very personable, and I felt like he went above and beyond explaining things to me. He made sure my system was totally good to go, and didn't rush me into any poor decisions. A-1 is not the first company I called, and I regret it.
