Super rude when I called, I think the man I spoke with was in a bad mood or just over life. Horrible customer service, seems like they do not need customers anymore. The guy I spoke with told me that they were really expensive, "$450 if the septic tank is not exposed yeaaa"- his words, plus "$240 to pump" and that is not including other stuff that I could not understand because there was a lot of background noise. Any who, he kept saying how much work he was going to have to do if it wasn't exposed, all the digging etc... I felt like he was discouraging me to not book them. I would never again try to contact nor recommend anyone to them.

Friendly and fast service. Called in the morning and he was able to stop by in the afternoon after short notice. Thanks for working on the weekends!

This company came out on a Sunday and did NOT charge us extra because it was the weekend. The price was very reasonable and the guys were friendly. They told us a few thing that we did not know about our septic tank. Thank you very much. We will definitly tell our friends and neighbors.

We have these guys out to our place 3 times now and the service has been above and beyond what we expected. They are good guys! They know what they are talking about! I will not take my business anywhere else.

My cousin told me about them they had a very reasonable price compared to the other companies I called on a Sunday late night and they got the job done the same night with regular pricing thank god and they even showed me new things about my septic system very thankful.
