A 1 Spotless Green Cleaning and Repairs

The quote from Robert to power wash my house, front porch and side patio was very reasonable so I agreed to have A-1 Spotless Inc. perform the job. Ryan came out on Aug 14 a very hot and humid day and worked very hard for about 2.5 hours. He also cleaned beneath our awning for good measure. I was happy with his work; it was thorough and the house, porch and patio looked pristine. Over a week later on Aug 22 another humid day, Ryan returned to complete the tedious task of applying polymeric sand between the pavers on the porch and patio to replace the sand that was removed from the initial cleaning. This process took about 3 hours. The end result was impressive. The porch and patio looked brand new and I was very satisfied with Ryan's work. He did an outstanding job. If you need power washing services, I definitely recommend A-1 Spotless. This company does great work at a very fair price.

I was 100% satisfied with the recent power wash of my house. The Hardie plank siding was installed 10 years ago and a great deal of mold accumulated especially on the white aluminum trim. After the power wash my house looked brand new even from the street! I found the workers, including the owner, to be extremely professional and friendly. They were finished in a surprisingly short period of time and the fee was extremely reasonable. I had expected the cost to have been double! I absolutely recommend A-1 Spotless to friends and family. Trust me that you will be satisfied too!

Absolutely perfect. Windows are crystal clear and the outside of my store looks brand new. Otto is the best and Rob is great to work with. Highly recommend.
