We loved our helicopter tour, but we WAY OVER PAID! We had a "save 50% coupon" from the Entertainment book, but if we would have gone right to the source we would have paid much less than the $534 we paid for two people to have the 45 minute flight. Go right to the Novictor Helicopter website and you will see the price is $160 per person for the same flight we had with the same helicopter. The guy, Sean, that we bought this from seemed like a nice guy, but he overcharged us. He put a damper on our trip of a lifetime because we spent money on this when we could have done so much more had we known better. This was a post cancer treatment trip and I regret the money we paid. Again, the ride was amazing with Novictor, but we overpaid with this company.

Too bad no stars is not an option. We called and scheduled a 9 hour turtle snorkel excursion with Sean. Just to clarify that the snorkeling is only 1 hour and the water was so choppy our children couldn't even get in. There was no way I could snorkel let alone my children. Anyway the rest of the "snorkel" adventure is a tour. A 9 hour bus tour with our young children.... sounds super fun doesn't it. Anyways not to mention Sean knew we had young children with us and he insisted this was the adventure for us. When we got to the snorkel spot I was unbelievably upset. The lifeguard there explained to me that this area was not somewhere one would want to take their children. It was one thing after another with this package. Then when I called Sean upset obviously he was rude, and disrespectful, unlike any customer service I have ever experienced. Word of advice go directly to the people who offer the activity. Do not go through Sean, he was a joke.

I did the jet ski para-sail combo, Not only was the machine old and warn when i was informed they were brand new machines, My jet ski broke down about twenty minutes into riding instead of jumping on a new machine i lost my remaining ten minutes.Then it was up for parasailing i was informed the boat was having mechanical issues and i would not be able to go today, Unfortunately i was leaving at 5:00am the following morning so i was told i would be refunded. out of the $239.68 i spent on the package i was only refunded $90.00 i was extremely disappointed with the way i was treated when calling and trying to get info on refund status. my suggestion stay away use another company.

Beware of this operator as they promise a discount and do not state that they actually charge commission per person for booking with the skydiving company. They stated they are taking a deposit which will be adjusted at the balance settlement but actually charged us US$62.5per head and we paid full price for skydiving and video graphy, which we would have been charged if we had gone directly to skydiving provider..

these guys are experts; guess I should have known better. Called and scheduled a copter ride for Dec 27. on the 26th. At first Sean booked my flight and took my CC over the phone. In 30 minutes he called back indicating that Pres Obama was in town and we couldnt go. An hour later he called back, and explained that a person had booked on line for 1 PM on the 27th, but they had not reached back to A-1. thus my husband and I could go. at 940 am the day of the flight, literally 2 hours before lift off, Sean calls back and claims the original party is now back on, and we are out. Oh good Sean : you didn't charge my CC. Thanks. Thats very nice of you. These guys cant be trusted; They will use you as a backup to insure they have a full schedule, and drop you on your head if a better deal comes along.

We had a very positive experience with Sean and the adventure. Sean was sure to give us all the details and pricing up front. The helicopter ride was amazing and worth it. Great tour and customer service.

This was the worst experience ever. Shawn, aka Spider-Man is nothing but a con man. He is rude, yells at you, and will totally rip you off. Paid for two people for all day of fun and never even got picked up. We were ther half hour early, and nothing. Then somehow it was our fault and he screamed at me, laughed and hung up. Then later called to apologize to my father and , GAVE HIS WORD to refund money along with a confirmation email. Of course, nothing. You get what you pay for and this guy is a joke. DONT DO IT, HES A SCAM!!!!!

Wow! Fantastic team! Excellent pilot! So worth it. I can’t wait to do it again.
