I recently purchased a Miele vacuum from Sam and I love it! His knowledge and expertise is second to none. In all the years I’ve shopped at his store, Sam has always been very kind and helpful. It’s a pleasure to support a fair and honest small business such as this!

Sam rushed to service a sewing machine so that my daughter could take it when she moved and did a great job! He is kind and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to have them service your machine.

I stopped into AAA over the weekend to buy some bobbins and needles for my machine. $4.50 per bobbin and $10 for a 5-pack of needles. Well, let the buyer beware. I should have checked online first. I could have gotten 20 bobbins for $9 and 100 needles for $36. So much for supporting my local small business. Sheesh.

Enjoyed meeting Sam today, after all I have read about him in the reviews, he lived up to the hype! Just seems like a good guy that tries to get you something that works for you. I enjoyed buying my miele from him. Maybe I will be back for the big canister one, one day.

I took my rainbow in for repair. He went over all my options. He wasn't pushy and even if it wasn't the most expensive option he will suggest the best option for your situation.

This is a great shop,and Sam takes great pride in getting everything repaired 'just right'. Really happy with his repairs/maintenance on my vacuums.
