A Act of Love is THE BEST adoption agency. They provide loving support for both Adoptive families as well as Birth moms. We have adopted 2 children through this agency and both experiences were joyous! Adoption is never an easy process but with A Act of Love's team of wonderful social workers and case workers, you feel supported through the entire journey!
We had a wonderful experience with this adoption agency. Everyone was so kind and helpful during the process, and now we have a sweet baby girl as a result. They took great care of the birth parents as well as us as the adoptive parents; communication was excellent. I would highly recommend A Act of Love to any potential adoptive parents as well as birth parents.
A Act of Love was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end and all the ways in between. Their adoption agency was quick to respond as well as explain things along the way. They also were great to give references for things outside of the agency such as lawyer, places to stay in Utah, etc. Tarilee was amazing- she explained everything completely, answered my questions and guided me throughout the adoption process. What impressed me most with AOL was the support my child's birth mom was given during pregnancy, delivery, placement and post-placement. She talked so highly of her coordinators and social workers. Thank you AOL for supporting all parts of the adoption triangle!
We are the adoptive parents of a sweet baby girl. Going into the adoption process we were really excited and overwhelmed. A Act of Love made it not only doable, but exciting. It was reassuring knowing that we had a whole team of people all working to help us through this experience. We worked a lot with Linda, Shelly, and Tarilee. Despite only naming only a few, we were helped by many more on the team and we appreciate them all!
Our adoption experience with A Act of Love was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and supportive of us throughout the entire process. We started the adoption paperwork in February and came home with our cute little baby boy in July. They were with us every step of the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking at adoption.

We can not say enough about how awesome this adoption agency is , from 1st application to finalization they are amazing & have truly become like family . We have adopted 2 children through their agency & both times couldn’t be more pleased with their support for both birthmoms & adoptive families throughout the whole process . Act of Love is an amazing agency. We just finalized the adoption of our daughter and cannot say enough about them. When we first started looking at adoption agencies, we felt like we were just a paycheck to them. No one really cared about the adoptive family. Lots of them didn’t seem to really care about the child either. AAOL was different. It was clear that they were in this to make families. Big, complicated, loving families. We feel so unbelievably grateful to have met our daughters birth parents through Act of Love. Linda, Shelly, and Tarilee were amazing supports for us through the process. We also had a really complicated situation because our daughter is medically complex. I cannot tell you how much more work this generated for AAOL staff. It took over a year to navigate SSI and a million other complications. At every step, Act of Love staff stepped up to help us in ways that were just above and beyond. They could not have done more. They are truly an excellent adoption agency. Our process was so complicated that it led us to have much more communication with our daughter’s birth parents than we were expecting. Laraine was there to help us navigate a lot of complicated, but ultimately amazing, conversations with our daughters birth parents, particularly her birth mother. Because we got to have so many conversations with her birth mom, we also were so relieved to find out that Act of Love, particularly Laraine, was very supportive of her. We really wanted to choose an agency that took care of birth moms, but it’s a little bit of a leap of faith. Luckily, this was a good leap. Act of Love helped us create our big, complicated family and we could not be more grateful.
We got scam from different birth mom twice and they keep told us there is nothing they can do, we had to running around to report to BFI and police station, and because they have to protect birth moms info, we have very limited info to track down the MIA birth moms and we got no support and mentality traumatized, when we r in very beginning of the meeting, the lady in the office told me not to write down the info she told me cause is not super sure, they could of told us there is very slim chance we will get real matching then we won’t even need to start the nightmare by paying all the money to birth mom and agency and end of not getting any baby home twice in 6 months, they won’t even keep contact us till the investigation starts, I hate that good people try to do good things and end of fall in this mess, we want to those cases to be track down so no more adoptive families will getting scam like this anymore.
