Bad customer service, it made me feel like they hate their job I asked for a wire harness and they said to come back other days cause they were almost closed and couple days later when I came back they told me they won't sale just the harness or any parts from the truck

customer service is a 0/10. definitely the worst i’ve ever experienced. the man at the front desk did not sell me the part i requested because i had to leave and come back. i couldn’t even walk through the door before he said he ‘sold’ it within the hour i was gone. had an attitude the whole time and was just really rude when i was just trying to make a purchase with them. wouldn’t recommend to anyone who cares about customer service

the most rude/poor customer service i have ever received.. came in asked for a transmission and the guy began to be a smart a** with me.. then i left and came back and dude just lied and said he sold the item . do not recommend this place to anyone at all.. honestly just terrible..

These guys are excellent! Their staff is top tier with unsurpassed knowledge especially with Kia and Hyundai models. They stand behind their word and their warranties.

Great service and affordable prices. Jose went above and beyond to get us the parts we needed. Wait time was reasonable and their level of expertise was exceptional.

The guy was nice and rude lol He yells at you like your his teenage kid on the phone.

They always take too long and when the order is ready they don't even tell you while your there for a really long time. they get mad when you ask how long and it's ready the whole time. I wasn't the only one that thought this.

Thanks all economy for your great service and providing all our parts needs. I bought multiple parts from them including engines and transmissions never had to use warranty thanks again for selling quality.
