On time,courteous but not as professional as I would have liked. Defrosted refrig. evaporator coil and evaporator drain. Cleaned and relocated thermistor. Didn't check operation of fan or defrost htr before putting cover back in place. I had to check it myself. Defrost htr was working, but fan never came on. I just knew the fan was bad as he had to remove ice from it that was jamming the fan blade. Although the high service fee of $160 dollars had supposedly been waived, I was charged $240 for the labor and he was there for less than an hour. The receipt only showed the amount I was charged. No description of service performed. I ordered a new fan motor online and am going to replace it myself.Service: Refrigerator repair
Very prompt and even showed up early. Was prepared with all the right parts. Fair price. He even cleaned out the dryer vent for me! Would recommend!Service: Dryer repair
