Very fast and friendly service. Larry fixed in minutes what appeared to be a very complicated lock mechanism on my back door. He was able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone and he brought the exact part with him to the house call. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Greeted the guy working there, he just ignored me & kept staring. Had a pair of GM blank keys that needed to be cut. Told me they don't do that. Really??? Then was trying to sell me his blank keys instead that he would cut. Have not seen such a bad business practice.
