A B C Limo Service

I have used ABC Limo Services for over a decade, they use to provide exceptional service, but their customer service has declined to the point I will no longer use or recommend them. I had booked limo services for 10/08/2022, the reservation was made 30 days in advance on 09/09/2022. On the day of the event in which I needed limo service I received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled. I immediately called ABC Limo Services and I was told by a Rep that the Operations Manager cancelled my reservation due to a lack of vehicles. I asked to speak to the Operations Manager, but he was not available, and I was told he would call me back. I never received a call back. This is unacceptable. I have cancelled all my upcoming reservations and I will no longer use ABC Limo Services. It is sad that they have gotten to the point that all their recent reviews are negative, years ago they were great, and I trusted them for all my transportation needs but no more. There are several other limo services in the area so please consider them before you use ABC Limo Services.

Please AVOID this business at all costs. I booked a limo for my daughter's birthday about three weeks in advance and received a confirmation email after submitting my credit card information. I called today, 24 hours before the limo ride would happen, to confirm the itinerary. I was told my reservation was canceled without my knowledge and WITH my credit card on file and that in order to reinstate the reservation I would be charged nearly $200 more than my confirmed price. The manager then hung up in my face as I attempted to send him my email confirmation. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

I called three different times. The first two I left my name and information because the person could not help me book the car but the person that could schedule it would be coming in and would call me back. Called a third time... they finally told me no availability. It should not be this hard to just find out basic info.

SOOO MAD AT THIS COMPANY. we booked a stretched limo for 23rd for a 50th birthddy and these guys call at last moment and say their limo is vandalized and cant send. totally unacceptable. what iam gonna say to my friends ????? it really really sucks. And when we asked for any other option the owner spoke very rudley and hung up the phone. this is totally unprofessional.Service: City tours

We were extremely pleased with the professional service we received from ABC Limo Services. They were efficient, polite, prompt, safe, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I am writing this review so that others using this limousine service will be aware of changes that can happen when contracting with ABC Limo Services. First let me give good reviews where deserved, they are reliable and on time. My problems were experienced with the type of vehicle and pricing. I will admit I did not read the contract and was blindsided by a price increase that is totally legitimate in accordance with their contract because it reads "The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by ABC Limousine are estimate only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided." So please read and understand before you agree to a contract and provide your credit card because you MAY pay more than what you agreed on. The problem I have with this is the price was low balled from the beginning and the vehicle sent should have been larger being this was a group of 11 going on a cruise out of Baltimore. Each person will probably have one large and a carry on size piece of luggage. In addition I called and let them know there would be a folding wheel chair and I was told the vehicle could accommodate the people, luggage, and folding wheel chair. Because my clients had 18 pieces of luggage, which some had to go on an empty seat, the cost was increased after the services where rendered by $144. When I called to complain, the Manager Sean, decreased the cost by $58 making the total increase $86. So then I was told that the return trip this was a round trip service would increase by $159 because a mini bus would need to be sent to accommodate the luggage size and people. However, a mini bus was not sent. It was the same vehicle and a large SUV. The issue - when you are a business be honest. I feel this was a bate and switch. I received quotes from other companies that were priced at $400 to $500 each way. I chose ABC Limo Services because the price quoted each way was lower. The lesson for me I should have known it was not right. Buyer beware!

We used ABC Limo services for a corporate outing from DC to Annapolis. I was provided driver information so I could connect with him before the pickup. He arrived on time. We reached our destination on time and had no trouble. He was professional in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend these guys again.

On July 24th, 2018; I used ABC Limo for an event my friends and I attended. We used two separate buses, the drivers were courteous, both vehicles that were used to pick us up were problematic and looked nothing like what they showed in the picture or in the advertisement. The doors of both buses were not closed completely and they allowed air to flow through them. The day of the event, it rained my friends and I were completely wet. It didn't help that the second bus had a water leak coming onto the front dash and a leak on the middle seat. I strongly feel that this was a situation of bate and switch!

Overall, we had a great experience with the vehicle and the driver. My only complaint is that when we booked the limo I specifically asked if there were seat belts for kids,and was told there was. When the limo arrived to pick up my family, they were told kids under the age of 6 were not allowed, so several of my family members couldn't ride in the limo and had to make other arrangements two separate families with children, totaling about 10 people. I wish that someone had mentioned that to me when I booked the limo, especially since I specifically asked about seatbelt for kids.

Extremely easy reservation process, competitive pricing, and pleasant drivers. Will talk when you want to talk and just drive when you want some peace and quiet. Cars were clean and comfortable, helps de-stress your travel experience. Will continue to use again and again.
