Scott and his team always does an excellent job with maintenance and repair of my truck. He keep me informed about things covered under my manufactures warranty which always helps. The staff is always friendly. They get my truck my truck in and out in a timely fashion. The service here is unmatched!
Scott and his team are very unprofessional I’ve got my truck over there they’ve done no repairs on it at all and all they have are pictures I sent to them of the drive shaft that’s broke and no technician has spent not even 5 minutes look at the truck because I was there calling them six time a to see if they can take a look at the truck Maddie sent me an estimate base on the pictures I sent to her now Scott wants to $372 dollars just because I dont wanna move forward with the service they gave me unfair and overpriced $7534 dollars to fix the truck and he said to me you this black guy got to pay that money before we’re releasing the truck what does that mean you black guy is he profiling me you gotta pay $372 to get the out here or we will put a lien on it
As a Body Shop we need to quick and prompt service to make sure our customers get there trucks completed and back on the road as soon as possible. I work for the State of Delaware purchasing parts. I have the pleasure of dealing with the Parts Manager, Mark Walton, as well as Parts specialist Devon Kempa on a weekly basis, if not daily. The two of them handle ALL of our parts needs in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner. I have complete trust in the two of them! Whether ordering parts for an International or helping me with hard to find Cummins engine parts, they are there every step of the way to ensure our trucks get back on the road as soon as possible! This dynamic duo of Mark and Devon make all my purchasing needs seemless! I also have the pleasure of working with two of their delivery drivers, Steven and Julius on a regular basis. Parts are delivered on time and they always ask if anything else is needed. What a warm and friendly environment they've Mark and Devon created for the employees! I couldn't leave this review without mentioning Gary, in sales. Gary stops by occasionally, filling us in on some of the latest products on sale. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to work with the entire Beltway team at North East International. Thank you for making my job a whole lot easier!
Kyle the service writer is pretty awesome. He has great customer service…. Helped us out big time.
My truck was here for 3 weeks they ask me for deposit for the work. I wire $1500 and they “start working” on the truck …. They didn’t find the problem and they burn my batteries and they changed it for their folds and unprofessionally I spend $4000 for nothing and I tow my truck from over there because they they are not able to find the problem and they are international dealership . On top of that they send me new estimate to continue with work and they ask me for new deposit. per my first conversation with them they told me that maximum labor they can charge me to find the problem is 10h Truck drivers and companies stay away from this place because you will spend 5-6k for nothing and they will keep your truck here for weeks. Extremely rude lady on the front desk and also the mechanics in the shop are totally unprofessional and rude
Let me start by saying that I know nothing about trucks. I am so very grateful for your employee Devon who knew what I was talking about when I didn't. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and honestly was a lifesaver. Next time, my husband can call himself for his truck but I'll definitely make sure he talks to her just because she made such a good impression. Thank you Devon for your patience with a non-truck person!
Would give no stars if I could, Kept my OTR truck for 38 days for a clutch and Def leak fix. Took a 3700 deposit told me parts would be a week and it was a 2 day job. Emailed management and got ZERO response. Cost me 5000 for 6 weeks of Hotel and food for my driver stuck there. So a 7,400 job FOR A CLUTCH mind you ended up being 12,400. They could careless how long they keep your truck. In 20 years of business I can tell you this company sure got over on me!!! BEWARE before you go in.
Gary has been my rep for about 18 months now, the customer service he has provided is far above any other rep that I deal with.
