Amazing customer service! I live in Missouri and ordered the Luxury Mix online for same day delivery. The designer called to verify the size of the arrangement to make sure it was to my liking. She offered some creative ideas to enhance my order at my request. It turned out beautiful and I even received a photo of the arrangement for confirmation! Very impressed and will definitely order from them again!

She let my mom, aunt and I come and take a little floral arrangement making class and she was such a patient and kind teacher. We made the centerpieces for my wedding and it was such a fun and memorable experience! We had so much fun! Also, the flowers she was able to obtain for us were absolutely beautiful!

Quite possibly the most beautiful arrangement I've ever ordered!! I wish I could give 5🌟PLUS!! I'm not sure how to attach a pic here, but the "In Love With Lily" arrangement was even more beautiful than the online pic. There was a slight misunderstanding with my order but Cindy was so kind and corrected it IMMEDIATELY, without question or hesitation. There is no doubt I will be ordering from them again AND recommending them to everyone!

Tried to call ahead before stopping by and the phone didn’t even ring just went straight to a message that says we are no longer taking orders for Mother’s Day goodbye. Yeah because everyone has time to order ahead and time to go by ahead of time. Sorry my life isn’t like that
