I called today for an estimate on a tow truck and at first the only issue I had was that the man on the other side of the phone wasn’t speaking up enough but it wasn’t enough to bother me. He was kind enough to let me know my estimate and then I hung up to figure some stuff out on my side. Once I knew I was ready with money in my hand I called back but I just had one more question about additional costs about wait time. The man said he didn’t remember my info fine it’s cool no big deal, I could repeat it after I give him all my personal info and everything he asked for he asked how long it would take me to get to the destination and as I started to explain that I had my son and I was going to have to take septa public transportation back to the location he cut me off very rudely and finally spoke after mumbling the whole time to tell me to call back once I had a clue… so I hung up and cried and tried to just figure it out in my own. Then I got a text saying that riding with them was an option but he never gave me that knowledge over the phone. Such poor customer service, makes me not even try to get help from them.

I like the conversation with the gentleman he was on time they told me between 15-20 minutes and it was accurate I think he got there in 15 minutes so I would use Bob's Towing again for anything I would definitely try them out with a brakes and whatever mechanic detail they have I would try them out

I have curbside assistance with my auto insurance company and whenever I call them they always fail in getting me a tow.  I googled "Towing Services" and A Bob's Towing showed up with 1,862 positive reviews, so I called.  I explained my situation and they had a tow truck at my place within 30 minutes!!!!!!  BEST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!!  Would highly recommend using them so much so I put their number in my phone in case of future emergencies.Service:&nbsp;Car towing

I called last night for a tow waited for hours. The driver finally called me and said he couldn’t find my car. I panicked thinking my car was stolen or impounded. Thankfully I went to check myself and sure enough it was exactly where I said it was. I gave them the benefit of doubt it was at night maybe they missed it so I called back today. I explained what happened the woman said it would be a 3 hour wait. I waited 4.5 before I started calling back but no one would answer. I tried a dozen times to get through. My husband called from his line she picked right up. She then informed him that they only had 1 driver so they weren’t coming to NJ tonight. Obviously at this point we were pretty frustrated and asked why she wouldn’t of called to tell us that. I saw my car from 2 blocks away there’s no way the driver could’ve missed it. Fair pricing and very helpful staff. I didn't have to get my car towed because of the driver who helped diagnose my problem at NO CHARGE. Definitely recommend for your towing needs!
