We were an out of state buyer, from several hours away. I personally work in sales and am not an easy person to satisfy. We worked with Mike Livesay. Great sales advisor! He went above and beyond for us. Made the whole process simple and painless. I would suggest asking for him when you walk on the lot, call in or email. Mike will make sure you get what you need, want and safely down the road. He text messaged us several hours to make sure we made it home with no problems. I value his personal and reliable customer service.

I would not buy anything from these guys I bought a trailer and had it shipped up to me and when it got here I immediately had to take it to another dealership for warranty work because it wasn't usable AC Nelson cut the underbelly open with a razor knife there were cut wires there were panels falling off. Wire harnesses that were not secure and wires hanging. the main door wouldn't even close or open. they managed to chip the front window when they transported it up and would not warranty anything I had to work with another dealer to get a brand new camper because this unit was so badly damaged and could not be fixed. Am currently working with my attorney over everything to hold them responsible

Great experience! Bought used trailer from Mike Livesay who was wonderful. We bought in Omaha but live in KC and Mike was a great communicator for our long distance purchase. Gene was wonderful at familiarizing us with the trailer. And the whole service team went above and beyond. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Working with Mike L. was a hassle free experience. Mike was a true professional and kept us up to date and informed throughout the whole buying process. After a year of owning one of the campers purchased here we have lost all faith in this business. We have taken our camper out twice and our air conditioner doesn't work our water heater needs replaced and our camper leaks black water. They won't back their product and repair it and have cancelled 2 appointments that my elderly veteran grandfather has made so he can get this resolved resulting in lost wages and the ability to enjoy his camper this season. He didn't fight the communists and give his best years to this nation to be treated this way and receive a faulty camper made my said communist child labor that he fought to stop . He will pay the bill but I hope God can forgive your company for treating an old veteran this way.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning all the way through the end. We originally put a deposit down on a camper and decided it wasn’t quite right for us. Verne showed us camper after camper while it was super cold out until we found the right one for us. He asked us our budget and didn’t go above it with any of the campers he picked for us to see. Daniel was super knowledgeable when walking us through our camper since it is our first one. Tony, Rich, and Matt all aided in our final purchasing/financing and weren’t pushy and were super personal! This dealership treated us right and will have our business again.

Buying the RV great experience. They need to hire someone to take responsibility in service. No one returns calls and getting something fixed or a question answered isn't going to happen. Call me AC, I can run it part time better than any of your people are doing full-time. It's not hard to pick up a phone and make a call back. I've had multiple problems since I bought it and never a call back.

Easy sale last summer during the start of the industry boom. Waited 6 weeks for my unit, it arrived and was prepped as promised. 5 Refrigerator broke this summer. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE 2 day turn around on warranty replacement. I’m sure most people won’t be that lucky, it does however show me how quickly they want to get the job done and how eager they are to please their customers. Again five stars AC Nelson, great job.

Aside from pricing which was amazing, the team was extremely helpful and i have never had a purchase go so smoothly. Fair and transparent. Service team was super knowledgeable, financing person was extremely friendly and helpful and our salesmen was juggling multiple customers but made us feel important non the less. We are from Denver and would happily return for our next purchase to Omaha.

I have spent a week trying to buy a TT from this firm. They started out by ultra-lowballing my trade in, I know this is true because I received MUCH higher offers from other, local dealers, and then when I attempted to make offers, they stated they would need to check with the sales manager, who was/is allegedly out of town. I then received a phone call from a person stating they were an assistant sales manager, and he said he would get back to me. Naturally, he never did. One of the floor salesmen then refused all of my offers. I then visited the dealership AGAIN to look at a unit, and worked with a another salesman. I made an offer again, and he said he would get back to me after he spoke with his sales manager. I made my wants pretty clear to both salesmen. No alternative suggestions were made at all. very unhelpful. Strange corporate culture, they don't try to sell you, they don't make counter offers, they just expect you to meet their high prices. No wonder I saw a lot jam-packed with inventory and no customers. I asked to see an R-pod 171. The salesman said they didn't have any, yet the website shows they have 2, and I actually observed one of them on an earlier trip through the lot. Hmmm. You see where this seems to be going, right? It sure looks like AC Nelson doesn't need or want to sell any RV's. Weird. I will gladly edit my review if things change, but I am not optimistic.
