A Custom To, LLC

Needed repairs on my roof or a new roof and was looking for estimates. Had "A Custom To" come out and after listening carefully to my requests, they gave me in-depth quotes on both options - repair and replace. Were quite honest and told me I could get a few years out of the current roof and didn't necessarily need to do a new one yet. I chose to get a new roof and I'm glad I did. A wind storm did further damage and blew shingles off my roof. A Custom To sent a roofer by to do a temp repair before we were scheduled for the new roof.. saving us the concern of having the roof exposed until the roof was replaced. In all aspects of the project the staff were very professional and I was quite impressed with their responsiveness. They even scheduled our appointment in Google calendar and sent me an invite, which I thought was a great way to handle the appointment. Project went very well, in fact, I don't believe it could have gone better. The roofers were great, needed very little from me and before you knew it the roof was complete. Very happy with the job and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof or roof repairs. They also cleaned up the site very well once the roofing was complete. This company has my 100% trust that they will do the right thing and do it the best it can be done!

I have used A Custom To twice so far. Last summer for rain gutters and exhaust fan venting on my Dad's house when we were selling it. I liked their work and pricing so much I hired them for a complete roof tear off and replacement including new rain gutters and down spouts last fall on the house I recently purchased. I plan on having them insulate my attic this year. I would highly recommend them. They are prompt, professional and affordable.

They have been professional and thorough with each and every job, starting and finishing on schedule . I've been highly pleased with every contact I've had with this company. With my 40 years of experience in the roofing business , I can say with confidence, the experience with A Custom To, has been nothing but positive in every way. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

Keith was responsive, prompt, and reliable. His company did a wonderful job on my roof repairs. It was the middle of winter and he still was able to respond to my repair needs.I would highly recommend this company.
