This was a nice restaurant. The food was decent but not hot/fresh tasting. The crab dip appetizer was the best thing we ordered! I wish it came in a larger portion. The waitress was a little forgetful but she still did okay.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No

Kendra was our server. Did a great job and very informative. It was half price app night on certain appetizers. We ended up choosing a half of a quesadilla with chicken. And a nacho half order. Both were delicious. Can't wait to go back

Food was AMAZING. Seafood platter came out fresh and great, same for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Shrimp were perfect as well as the Spud Mountain no bacon, I don’t eat pork or red meat. Also great drinks. 10/10 coming back often!

All the food was great. No complaints there. However we went in at around 4:30 in the evening and they had one bartender taking everyone's orders and one other waitress. Mind you they did work hard and made sure we were entirely satisfied. But it took a while to get our drinks because our waitress had to make ours and 10 others on top of taking them. Poor management there. Overall satisfied though and I will return to this location.

We ended up at AJ Gators on Holland road rather by accident but we were delighted to find we had arrived just in time for Wednesday trivia night 7pm and we were welcomed in to their group. We were served food right at the table and I really liked it. I had the chicken quesadilla. It came with salsa, lettuce and sour cream. I loved the salsa. Really good. And the onion rungs were yummy. We had mostly "bar food" and didn't really look at the rest of the menu but it was good and we had a great time playing trivia.

I was disappointed with my tuna bites. They were hot but something tasted off with them. Spud mountain was great as well as the ranch dressing. It was Sunday so they were busy due to football. My server was nice and got our order right

Friendly service. Pleasant enough, though unremarkable atmosphere. Good food. I'm especially fond of their blackened tuna steak sandwich. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

AJ Gators is a local sports bar, period. If you are looking for a review offering some insights on the food - then you are going to the wrong place. The Old Bay wings are great, steak bites are perfect, and hamburgers tasty. Bar food, plain and simple and easy to eat. So, I rate this place a 5 star not because of the food and the atmosphere but truly because of the staff and the service. Again, this is not a fancy European eatery with fois gras and white napkin waiters. This is a fun place to watch a game, enjoy the drinks, and appreciate the staff taking care of you. Andrew at the bar was great this past Thursday night. Attentive to our needs, quick on refills, and made me feel like I was home - except my home is in New Jersey. Any table will be fine, and the wait staff is lively and quick at keeping the place moving along. I would recommend a bar seat to enjoy the more local vibe of your fellow bar crowd. If your game, just ask the bartender to make you something. Give him/her your general preferences and see what they come up with. Then sit back and enjoy.

First time at this establishment. Very calming and welcoming atmosphere, clean areas from the bar to the bathrooms. We ordered numerous appetizers to share and I must say they were all wonderful! Steak bites, Tuna bites, Wings, Gator Tails, and fully loaded nachos! It really hit the spot for lunch with my work family. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and efficient. We go to Gators almost every weekend for some great food and a live bar atmosphere. Always something exciting going on. The food is fantastic and service is great and reliable. My favorite order is the jalapeno mango traditional wings. Always extra crispy with plenty of sauce, and the homemade ranch is to die for. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
