If I could leave no stars I would: worst financial business/employees to deal with. Unprofessional and disorganized. Not convenient for those outside of Phoenix. I strongly recommend looking else where no matter how bad you want the car.. And definitely do not recommend to first time buyers.

I hate dealing with everyone there. Before the online payments it was horrible to make payment. At one time they spoke to me like a 5 yr old and said I can put the payment in the drop box. Yiu k ow the one thats locked up qfter.hours.

I've never had any problems with them despite all the negative ratings. I even got into a jam trying to pay my car loan. I called to let them know i was having trouble and they had no problem with giving me extra time to pay. They were really nice about it all. As long as you communicate with them and pay your bill, all is fine.
