We offer the initial event consultation complimentary for the following event services:

General Event Planning and Consulting
Birthday Celebrations, Bar Mitzvah & Bat Mitzvah, Debuts, Galas, Anniversaries, Theme Events, Seated & Buffet Dinners, Fundraisers and Jazz Funerals.


Wedding Planning and Consulting
Our team of experienced associates will recommend, schedule and attend client and vendor meetings, negotiate their contracts and supervise the on-site installations as requested and needed for:

Invitations, Lodging, Gift Bags & Favors, Transportation, Hair & Make up, Ceremony and Reception Venue, Food & Beverage, Cakes, Photographers, Entertainment, Linens, Equipment and the Decor/Flowers.

We also consult with you and manage your Day of Services


Holiday Décor
Commercial and Residential décor installations for but not limited to:
Mardi Gras, Halloween & Christmas


Event Management
A Majestic Soiree will consult or collaborate with other experienced event planners and wedding coordinators, to design various events from small conferences to extravagant and breathtaking galas for thousands.

A Majestic Soiree’s fee structures are tailored to your needs, are budget friendly, whether it be hourly, percentage of project or “turn key” costing.
