Okay I’ve been a client of Dr Demetri for 3 years now-and cannot Express the gratitude fir his optimum skills. I have lip injections and Botox and I’m never disappointed with my results! Excellent personality that puts you at ease and it’s really about the trust I have for amazing results. Excellent physician doing excellent work!

I visited the Medical Spa at Rizzieri for a lip consultation about three weeks ago. I wanted fuller but still natural looking lips. Dr. Demetri Karanzalis was very thorough in explaining the product (Restylane Silk), procedure, and potential side effects. This was my first time having a cosmetic enhancement and I could not have asked for a better experience! Dr. Karanzalis talked me through the entire procedure, checking to make sure I was comfortable and informing me of what he would be doing next. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. I will certainly return in the future but for now, I am enjoying my new lips! Thank you to Dr. Karanzalis, Mrs.G (for referring me), and the beautiful Medical Spa at Rizzieri.
