Booked inflatable, never reached out to me to confirm, I had to reach out to confirm. Needed to cancel die to relocation, said he would refund me and reaching out several more times. Never refunded, had to reach out AGAIN and he said I was being rude and that I would receive my refund. Weeks have passed and he won't respond still.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would..... Reserved bounce house for my niece's birthday party STEVE called two days before to confirm reservation and the day it was due to be delivered it NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! I called MULTIPLE times and left SEVERAL messages but never heard from anyone. Their voicemail says leave a message and someone will call back within 15 minutes but that is a LIE they won't call back at all!!! If you need a bounce house for a party do yourself a favor and get it from another company that's reliable because STEVE sure isn't! There was a house full of disappointed kids at her party.... This guy is nothing but a con artist who disappoints children. Spend your money elsewhere because this place isn't worth the time it takes to contact them.

BEWARE! He called for a credit card deposit. Two days before the party he confirmed delivery time and told me he didn't run my card- he just needed a check the day of the party. He was a no show for my 2 year olds birthday. We tried texting, calling, and emailing all day long...no response. Fortunately, we were able to get another reliable bounce company here within and hour. I can't imagine how sad children feel when they are let down by guy like this. Sunny day, birthday cake, 20 2-4 year old, and NO STEVE IN SIGHT. These guy is true zero. Crook. Con man. 2 year old dream killer. Shame on you, Steve.

Please be aware of this company that rents bounce houses. I paid a deposit on a bounce house slide for a party. The owner (Steve) took my deposit months ago. I spoke to him two days before the party to confirm delivery and then the day he was to deliver the bounce house, he ignored my calls and NEVER SHOWED UP. He is a crook!! Save yourself a headache and some money and never use this company.
