The staff was very polite and very professional on arrival and as I left the office. It's nice to be around people who like there jobs and care for other. Great job to you all.

These bad reviews have surprised me, as Dr. Vastola is a pleasure to deal with. He is thorough, listens to concerns and addresses them, and is a meticulous surgeon. He was great at treating my child in office, as well as performing ear surgery. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Vastola is great. Great manner, easy going yet professional. He helped me with my issue immediately. If I need any ENT care again, I won’t hesitate to call Dr. Vastola. The office folks were very efficient and friendly, too.

We had some complications post my daughter surgery not due to his surgery and he was on top of our case and very thorough and super super caring like no doctor I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend him!!

Rude, condescending, the worst I have ever seen in the way he talks down to a person. Anything I said was met with a snarky comment. My son had a follow up with him and I canceled. It is not worth it.

Do not go here !!!! They do not care if your child is in pain. No sense of empathy whatsoever. They are the worst when it comes to scheduling surgery.

Dr. Vastola is an amazing doc. Defiantly recommended, especially for children.

Absolutely horrible doctor!!!!!!!! He did not provide any solution and actually joked about a very serious matter. Just an old creep! Stay away from him! I am also reporting him to the Board!
